It was great! Table service very attentive. Great food. Servers explained the food really well (& we had it, it was great). The Coronavirus helped as it was really quiet in there before BoJo’s social distancing move - so pleased, so happy and my friend was happy as well!
Zobler’s is a treat, it’s like flying to NY for a true deli experience. I would highly recommend.
When you want good Deli food in the City this is the place!
Good food, but unfortunately my friend found a hair in her meal and then this meal wasn't removed from the bill. Quite poor service. Very long waiting time.
Really disappointed with Zoblers Saturday brunch - organised with my friends for my birthday...food was average, my friends steak came out under cooked dispute asking for it to be medium rare, mimosa’s were mainly orange juice and tasted very weak, the service was slow and not very friendly...atmosphere wasn’t anything special and to top it off they over charged us - their card machine wasn’t working with my friends card so one of us paid for two people and then when checking our bank accounts after they took the payment from her card also! At the end we went to get a picture in front of the vault and were told we weren’t allowed as it was for members only.... overall would not recommend.
Little ambience where we were sitting in an overflow area. Food ok. Plates whipped away whilst you were still finishing a mouthful of food and others were still eating. Nice place. Better places to eat in London though.
A lovely setting,- buzzing- full of los of people having a special get- together. Very good food and generous portions. We had the bagels that were delicious, heaped high with toppings. The Mac n’ cheese is the best I’ve ever tasted. Service was outstanding. Free-flowing mimosas were great (though slightly weak for my taste- had to have two marguerites afterwards just to get to optimum levels!). Altogether a lovely experience. Will be back soon!
Really lovely brunch, service was great and the food was delicious. We paid for the bottomless mimosa which was mainly orange with a tiny bit of prosecco, when we asked for a little more prosecco in our mimosas we were told no. Considering we paid over £90 for the drinks alone, it would have been nice to been treated a little better.
Really enjoyable visit, only slightly spoilt by a personal hygiene issue from one of the waiting staff - a BO smell every time he came anywhere near our table ...
Great buzzy place for lunch. Trad comfort food done really well.
been many times, but the size of the chicken portion in the chicken burger has shrunk beyond recognition, it is now mostly batter, whilst the price has gone up; there are many better chicken burgers now available
Restaurants situated in the impressive grand entrance hall of the hotel. Surroundings look cool. Great service and food is a good quality. Not cheap but not crazy expensive
Outstanding food, service and atmosphere as usual.
Another great birthday lunch, generous portions with good quality ingredients and attentive but non-intrusive service - but the ambience makes it really special.
I think there are other better options at The Ned for a brunch. The service was slow and not very attentive to see if we were needing/wanting anything else. Nobody took our order, even for drinks for 15mins once we were seated. The food was ok but nothing special and unfortunately the chips were lukewarm.
Possibly my own fault for not thinking through the order, but I ordered the honey fried chicken and was quite disappointed when it arrived to find a range of small pieces of chicken - wings, drumsticks etc, in a very sticky sauce, that needed to be eaten with your hands. I would have expected one or two larger pieces of chicken that could have been eaten with a knife and fork.
I was also wearing a white jumper, that I didn't want to get dirty, so it wasn't especially enjoyable to eat the food. I also had to keep cleaning my hands every time I wanted to eat any of my sides (you can't exactly pick up coleslaw with your hands!).
I also had to ask for a finger bowl, given how sticky and messy the food was I would have expected that to have come with it as standard - or even better a warning beforehand!
At the very least I think on your menu you should indicate better what the type of food would have been. Had I known it was going to be small pieces of bony chicken and very messy finger food I wouldn't have ordered it.
Delicious! My friend and I both ordered the pancakes. I had the blueberry compote and she had the maple and bacon. We were still hungry so looked at the dessert menu (yes after pancakes!). We were going to order 1 cheesecake each and the waiter kindly suggested that we share one because of the size... all I can say is thank God he did because we wouldn't have been able to finish one each.
It was a good experience. Enjoyed the food and the service.
First time at the Ned. Great looking place very impressive environment. Food and service good and ok, but nothing extraordinary. Would go back tho, but to try another of their many restaurants
A beautiful setting, great service but the breakfast menu was disappointing.
Tasty, reasonable service (a little slow) and good atmosphere
Decent food but is over priced for what it is, paid £80 two meals and 1 drink each. Good ambience.
Lovely food and great service. The bottomless brunch mimosa has a LOT of juice in it- its very nice, and topped up all the time, but you wont get drunk and you'll drink more fresh orange juice than you've ever had in your life. Next time I will just order the drinks I want and have fewer of them!
Was disappointed to find out when we got there that there was no Pastrami on the menu as thats's what we had gone there for, and for a NY inspired menu it's a pretty key addition, would have been good to know beforehand. Also once we had finished our food we didn't get seen to once. We didnt get asked if we wanted any more drinks or even dessert, both of which we would have liked. The Ned was lovely, but we won't be gong back to Zoblers.
Mid week birthday lunch - great buzzing atmosphere!
The food was very good, but the service was poor - almost no attention and when we asked for things (like drinks, the bill, etc.) the wait was long or we had to ask twice...
Atmospheric venue, excellent service by all the staff, many attractive options on the brunch menu. We' ll be definitely going back!
Every time I go here... the food is good, the service is terrible. So slow, inattentive and forgetful.
Busy but quick service and good atmosphere (not too loud for breakfast meeting).
Service was very slow. Food was delicious. Probably not worth the overall bill
The service was terrible, absolutely terrible. It took over 25 minutes to order a drink!
Great atmosphere and food. Only issue was the service, which was slow and unfriendly - such a shame.
Food was nice. Starters, club sandwich and chips and a couple of drinks came in at just over £60 pp.
Staff were really friendly and attentive
Food was not good Mt chicken was overbooked and bland
Beautiful space and great menu. Service was also very good with kind servers. Latkes were a bit of a disappointment if you're familiar with them -- too dense and thick. But otherwise everything else we tried was good.
Tremendously atmospheric, great service even though some of my guests were late.
They gave us the wrong order for one of our meals so my sisters food went cold while i waited for mine to arrive. We also asked for a pickle plate and got chips instead which we were charged for but nobody ordered!
There was no real apology and we weren't offered anything. Not impressed!
I would rec. a friend however watch the price of the wine and small burger and fries
Wow factor for the venue , went at lunchtime when it was heaving .We got a table which I had reserved.
Food was not so good, burnt challah toast in the turkey club sandwich which looked like packet stuff
Vanilla sundae had no meringue in it as advertised
Chips, salad all extra came to 68 pounds for two with only a bottle of water for indifferent and slapdash food
Bloody delicious as always
