                                                                                                    I had booked a table via website and was quite easy and user friendly. It is one of the places I wanted to visit and decided to combine it with the show. The ambiance is really nice and I was looking forward to some nice Mexican food. We had to wait a bit in the reception as no one was there when reached. We were attended after a while and escorted to the table. I had requested a nice table in the reservation notes. However, was not provided with such even though the restaurant was quite empty. The waiter serving us ( from Brazil I beleive) was friendly and trying to be social. The order took place and the food arrived well on time and was quite delicious. During the length of the dinner we felt that the personnel was a bit in a rush especially with the beverages. They were removed from the table even though they were not completely empty and without asking us the permission to do so. When we were done, another waiter brings the menu for the deserts and unfortunately he was quite in a rush and pushy. He was waiting for us to make a decision without giving us enough time and privacy to discuss about. He was insisting on recommending his favourite desert etc. We were a bit annoyed by this and the whole experience got spoiled. We mentioned the same to the waiter we had initially and he apologized on his colleague behalf. In the moment we finally ordered the desert, I received a call from the restaurant reservations mentioning if they should still expect us. I said to her that I am already in the restaurant and we had just ordered the desert. This was another point that had an impact in the overall experience. I requested for the bill and on the frustration forgot to provide the voucher given to us upon entering the show. I beleive that the personnel should ask if there is any voucher to be used. Overall,the experience started great and got quite spoiled by the end and did not meet our expectations .
