As it is effectively a tapas restaurant they did not seem to understand that ordering several plates requires a larger table. The drinks could barely fit and had to mix dishes in order for it to fit. the sirloin steak was not cooked properly as there was no sear on it and was not hot. The lamb cutlets were also cold and not seared properly. Roasted chicken bao was soggy and cold. Lamb tacos were more like lamb fajitas, cannot have soft slow cooked cold meat and soft tortilla. It does not take a genius to recognise it should be in a hard taco shell as the name would suggest. The guacamole was nice, strange choice of crisps as they should use tortilla / savoury flavour but they opted for sweet potato. The calamari was also acceptable. The staff were very good, the décor and ambience were also good.

Not good value for money. Portions are very very very small and expensive for what you get. Decorated nicely, good service but you will leave hungry.

Well worth a visit, the food was delicious, well presented though we probably could have used a little more space, with 7 guests ordering 3 plates each, plus drinks space was a little tight. Still the atmosphere was lively and intimate, the service was very good, our waiter made sure to top up the wine. 10/10

Service was fine but the food was underwhelming, flavourless and delivered en masse to the table rather than staggered. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, average food that’s very overpriced. If you want to experience a ‘infusion’ style experience, London has a lot better to offer

I had an amazing experience at Zuaya this past weekend, the decor and ambiance was fantastic. The food was delicious and tasted super fresh. We were looked after by the amazing Vanessa who was bubbly and attentive throughout the evening, she also made my boyfriends birthday extra special, will definitely be coming back 10/10!

It was our first visit by chance we found it online We were absolutely delighted and the food was superb. It exceeded our expectations. Sandra was amazing with her service. The choice of wine wby the glass was limited and slightly over priced. We will definitely come back as it was amazing experience

Staff was super nice and welcoming, offered us a free glass of champagne! Food was really nice, everything we ordered was really lovely, the duck and rice super overpriced though as barely any duck, mostly just rice and mushrooms, but other than that super fair prices and really nice food! Cocktails were amazing!!

The food was absolutely insane the best Latin American food I've eaten in England. I love this cuisine and have been to Latin America for a holiday, was so nice to find a good restaurant that serves food like this. The service was a little slow and it wasn't busy so not sure why that was. Had to get the attention of our wiater quite a few times to ask for a dessert and the bill.

Service was very slow. We were shown to our table and then just left for around 15 mins. No drinks order was taken. Nothing. They weren’t even that busy. Eventually a waiter came over for a food order. We explained we hadn’t even ordered a drink!!! He was very apologetic. After that the service improved. The food was delicious. So apart from a bad start it was all good.

A completely new take on tapas! Exceptional flavours and good presentation. Recommend getting 3-4 small plates each to get a really good cross section of what this restaurant can do. You will be impressed !

Great food, amazing staff just a shame the place was dead. I wanted to be seated upstairs and as party of two as it could have been accommodated. It seemed more happening there but got told to be downstairs where there were no other tables with guests on. Was like we were the naughty children and not allowed to get involved with everyone else. A real shame. But the sirloin, prawns and padrons were excellent and our waiter was wonderful.
