Pulled Pork Piton
The Pitons are two astonishingly symmetrical sea mountains in Saint Lucia. Rising above a rainforest canopy of foliage, they overlook our island hide-away and cocoa plantation. Here our pulled pork Pitonstyle is slow-cooked and tender in apple and potato with a crisp breadcrumb and cacao nib coating
Smashed Market bananas and cacao nibs in lieu of flour, for a more satisfying pancake. Lightened by yoghurt and cacao pulp sorbet. 70% dark chocolate sauce to drizzle. Tangy raspberry coulis
Mac & Cheese
London's best mac and cheese? You decide. A national treasure in the Caribbean, for ours we heighten the flavour with a hint of mushroom in creamy, melted mature Cheddar. So moreish, you'll want to eat the bowl which you can, it's puff pastry kneaded with cacao nibs. Served with a whirl of smoked paprika coleslaw

Great setting (perfect undercover, heated, outside tables) and lovely service. The “chocolate in everything” approach to the menu is a bit wacky and not for everyone. I enjoyed everything but wouldn’t make it a regular stop.
Really amazing, I have been here for Breakfast before twice and never dinner. It was actually great having the booth chairs/sofa because of Covid restrictions. It meant that it was private for me and my date. The food and service was outstanding, and I already recommended to my friend and I'm a local and I will definitely be back to support my local restaurant. The waitress was lovely and attentive and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. :-)
This place is great - the setting is lovely on the mezzanine overlooking the market. The food is very different and done extremely well would definitely visit again

We had a wonderful evening. Lovely menu with very imaginative flavours. The staff was lovely and arranged an earlier booking for us so we could have plenty time before curfew. A great evening overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place and come back myself
Been here before few years ago so decided it was time for a re-visit.
As before, the food was superb and served beautifully.
Good choice of wines and other drinks too.
I did feel that the interior, although fine, was looking a little tired but that should not deter you from giving it a try if you haven't been before.
Overall, the food was amazing and if all elements of the booking were at this level, I would have given 5 stars.
I think what lets this place down is elements of the service.
On arrival, we had to queue on the stairs behind people who had no reservations and as a result we had to wait for about 10 minutes. When we reached the top, they took the reservation name and seated us outside on the terrace. I had specified at booking that we wanted to be seated inside. We decided to take the outside seating hoping it would be nice, but unfortunately it was freezing. We asked to be moved inside but were told that all tables were taken. We were moved to another table which was under a heater and a was a bit less exposed to wind which was an improvement.
However, I felt like we missed out on sitting inside as this was a meal for my birthday. This had been mentioned in the booking but there was no acknowledgment of it. It wasn't only colder outside but the noise from Borough market closing down took away from the ambience.
After this incident, our waiter was really attentive and tried to make the experience nice.
I think the food is what's best about this place. It was amazing. The bread with the dips, the pitons starter, the chicken, the mac n cheese, the sides of fries and mashed potatoes and the desserts were all great. Normally I can't do a 3 course meal but everything was nice and light and didn't make me feel as uncomfortable as other 3 course meals.
I really missed the white praline soother I had at the bar previously but my margarita was really nice too.
Overall, a good experience but I would definitely suggest to people that have booked inside to reinforce this when seated and not accept outside seating as it's unlikely to be allowed to change.
I was really impressed by Rabot 1745! The food was delicious and they were very good at catering for special diets. The service was also very good, particularly considering the new rule that they had to close by 10pm. Would highly recommend!

Took my partner here for her birthday and it was brilliant. Service was outstanding and the food is creative and delicious.
Very cosy environment, we expected the food to have a slightly stronger taste in chocolate however was still yummy. The desserts definitely hit the chocolate spot.

The Mac and cheese was to die for, as we’re the scallops. The beef was good just not as amazing as the rest of the food. The white chocolate mash was incredible too! Excellent, quick and friendly service. The outside area is quite nice! I’ll definitely visit again.
We came here for our anniversary and the food was wonderful. They even gave us shots for free on the pudding board with “happy anniversary” written on it. Staff were all very friendly and a good vibe all round.

Unique concept of using cacao in almost everything that they make, with exceptional attention to detail in not only their food, but in the cocktails that they serve, as well. The ambiance is intimate, yet casual and relaxed, and the service is great.

Lovely location and friendly pleasant staff. But unfortunately not the best experience. One meal was brought out incorrect, two meals had hard boiled poached eggs, we sent one back and it came back borderline raw. The smoothie bowl was underwhelming, it would be perfectly fine as a smoothie but as a meal I would expect more than 4 raspberries and some coconut shavings on top.
