Really poor service….though not busy…. Overcharged on bill and didn’t have the energy to fight at that point as we just wanted to leave….definitely won’t be back!

Great venue and views are incredible. Food was good enough quality for price but not exceptional. Drinks menu very good and prices fair for the experience. However, incredibly slow speed of service for drinks (glass of champagne and spirit/mixer - not cocktails) - 20 minutes from point of order for first round, 15 for second and 35 for third. Venue wasn’t at capacity.

So currently what used to be the outside area of the bar is covered so if your a smoker you need to take the lift back down to the ground floor, which is not an issue however given that I called to confirm if this area was available or not, I was told by the lady answering the phone that she's not at the property and can't confirm this, which is disappointing given the bar is part of a property with a 5 star rating. The staff answering the phone should be aware or be made aware of what amendments / changes have been made, this might impact a person's decision to attend and ultimately will avoid any potential disappointment.
None the less still a great venue with a good range of spirits and cocktails also the food is very good, I would ask they enforce the minium spend too help keep the local riff raff out as this tends to spoil the ambience, that said I also appreciate bars, restaurants and hotels in general are suffering at the moment so any business is regarded as good business.

We had a late lunch st Radio Rooftop at an outside table. There were plenty of heaters aswell as a retractable roof and sidewalls which were transparent,to protect from the windy weather. The service was professional, friendly and very attentive throughout. Our rib eye steaks were all cooked to perfection with delicious parmesan chips accompanying them.Great views of the river,London Eye,Big Ben and The City, aswell as The Southbank.
I'm looking forward to going again,I think at night next time to enjoy the ambience of the venue and London lit at night.

A very comical evening !

I reserved one week prior due to my girlfriends birthday, I have requested a nice table and one rose but once arrived the receptionist told me that it wasn t possible, also (the table in a very noise area). Initially they tried to recover offering me two glasses of champagne however at the end I had to pay them !
I was ashamed of the service, they brought to me twice the wrong white wine and in addition to that no ice in the container. After speaking with the waiter I made him bring some ice but I had to literally “transfer” the ice from one part to the other ( the joke is they make you pay the service)
Once paying, I was left with the payment machine for about 20 minutes on my table, I could of easily brought it with me and nobody would of noticed it.
The crowd is not the ideal one for a rooftop bar, people coming in with trainers, shouting …..
overpriced place as the food is not that great and have also a limited choice of wines.
I feel ashamed and robbed as for one bottle of (40£) mixed up by the waiter twice some soggy tomato bread, and the one main meal to share 170£.
It was like being in a comical and horror film!

Rushed service to begin, had drinks and main meal in 15mins from arrival. Asked for steak well done but had to send back as was medium rare so we ended up eating meals separately. Not a lot for money just paying for view

Our first time visiting Radio Rooftop and had a lovely afternoon.
All the staff were very attentive and friendly, and I was given a little birthday cake for my birthday which was very thoughtful.

Drinks are on the more expensive side but then, your in central London on a rooftop bar so, to be expected.

Look forward to coming back.

There weren’t much options for food and what was available was over priced. The drinks were over priced too. The location was lovely and our table was too. The seating was great and overlooked the city and a cover around the seating area to prevent rain and wind from hitting us.
The service was great and attentive so can’t fault this.
Just as a warning as I didn’t know but the waiter/waitress does take your card and put it behind the counter, giving you a cloakroom type token so that you can get your card back once you ask for the bill. I didn’t particularly like this as I have had bad experiences in the past. It was all fine but I didn’t know this was going to happen. And not sure why this was necessary either.

We went to the Radio rooftop on Monday night dinner, as it was our anniversary. I asked them a couple of times to give us a nice table or do some decor(just a flower), but nothing and the view wasn't very impressive too.
I wasn't pleased at all with their table service, we had to wait(more than 10 mins)for the staff to come.
Overall, I wouldn't plan any special occasion here again.

Food was good but felt a little short on variety. The waiters were very nice but didn’t remove our plates after finishing our main’s. They also didn’t remove ojr cutlery after finishing our starters. However, the ambience was pleasant, the calamari were crispy, the manchego chease nutty and flavoury and the peppers very tender. Overall a good experience.

Booked this on the basis that it was supposed to be one of the best rooftop bars in London - got there, got sat down and waited for over 40 mins for our drinks to arrive. Took even longer to get our food order taken, and we were then obliged to watch two drunk kids try to chat up two drunk women, while one of them aggressively stared down anyone who took an interest (whilst claiming she was his mum). Felt sorry for the staff - management didn't turn up until they were all about to leave the place, and they seemed under a lot of pressure, as was visible from the arguments they were having internally, but it ruined our visit. Food was ok - place was busy-ish but you couldn't go outside to enjoy the view because we were a party of 2 and the tables were for 4-6. Lack of staff in general may be to blame, but the crowd was only there to be seen. Mebbe their appearance on TOWIE has brought in a different set of customers. In general, the staff were good when you could get them, but overall it was average food, average drinks and not much atmosphere

Possibly the worst service I have ever had! After receiving our food and drinks we were literally ignored. 45 minutes after we had finished our food (and with empty plates and glasses in front of us) I got up and asked the waiter (who was serving at another table) if we could order puddings/drinks to which he nodded. Another 15 minutes passed without anyone coming and so it was too late to order puddings. I again had to find a member of staff and ask to pay the bill as we couldn’t wait for service any longer. When the bill came I was disgusted to see a service charge added! We asked for this to be removed and explained why to which we received no explanation or apology.

Took us 30 minutes to get served. Staff was very rude to us, we asked if we could be sat near the side of the outdoor seating area so we could see the views but we got ignored and other people got sat there! This was on 3 occasions we asked! I even rang prior to this to ask and they said we couldn’t reserve a table! Was celebrating our anniversary and we got told no! We asked for someone to take out service and he said he would get Someone else to and no one came back so we had to ask again!
Me and my partner felt the service was terrible!

Once you get past the interrogation by the doorman at the entrance, and have convinced him you're worth bothering about, have booked, and are in the right place, you're ready for step 2... Next an unfriendly and arrogant receptionist, who won't even try to hold back her contempt for you, makes sure you know your place and that you are lucky she's going to let you up to the bar. Once you have got past these obstacles, you're ready to take the lift up, where you're finally met by staff that are cordial and pleasant.

I went on a Friday evening and the bar was very empty, but still enjoyed the ambiance and the views over London which were spectacular. Food and drinks were good, although a little pricey, which you expect fro a venue in central London. Mixture of clientele from the after work crowd, tourists, Primarni with too much filler in their faces (PTMFTF), and everyday punters curious to see what all the fuss is about.

Service was reasonable although unattentive. Staff were more interested in making sure you didn't stay past your 1.5hour slot, even when the bar was completely empty. It became apparent that the PTMFTF crowd was the market they were aiming for, the ones that looked like Z list celebrities who nursed one drink the whole evening. I can only imagine they were hoping they were some influencer on TikTok...

The funniest bit was when my friend and I asked for another cocktail after consuming 2 cocktails, a bottle of wine and 2 courses, dessert was not an option as empty plates were whisked away without any further discourse - we had overstayed our 1.5hour welcome and were promptly told that we could not stay any longer as all tables were booked. The bar was empty both inside and outside. I can only deduce that they weren't interested in actually making any money.

Would I visit again? Unlikely. The place was pretentious and unfriendly. It hadn't quite worked out that it was there to ensure people had a good time as well as make money.

The food and drinks were all incredible, and the view from the top was amazing. The drinks did take about half an hour to arrive though which was really unfortunate, they arrived after our food! It was admittedly slightly intimidating coming in as it was very fancy and professional. Despite that it was a very special evening, especially being able to see the sunset from the top, and the quality of the food was incredible

The venue and views are stunning, food was very good but the service was appalling. We had to ask for menus, ask to order drinks, remind people to bring us drinks, ask again for drinks, then ask to order food, chase up the food etc etc. Really felt like the staff had no interest. Spent £350 for 4 people and really would have expected to be made to feel more welcome and receive some half decent service. Been looking forward to celebrating 3 50th birthdays for months and was just a massive disappointment...

Lots of mixed reviews here for Radio Rooftop and I can see exactly why this is. The food is priced very high - do not expect plates that meet a street-level restaurant's fare at £22-30 a dish. This is £15-25 per plate stuff at a £10 premium.

Food is ok - we had a salmon poke bowl and a lobster roll (£22 and £25), and the poke was great but the lobster roll's brioche was a bit stiff and honestly £25 for it was beyond punchy.

Pints of Goose Island IPA are £7 a pop - so about £2 up on a local pub to the hotel. So not eye watering but still.

Upside - even though some of the soft furnishings like sofa are a little tired around the edges, it's a great location and view, and a lovely place to hang out and eat and drink. In the end you're paying for that. And on a nice day, it's worth it.

Service - lots of complaints on service on here, which I only read after booking (yes I know), but staff were great, no lack of attention, no errors, let us switch tables to get into the shade, moved stuff for us, etc. So I feel we had great service.
