Not even worth it at all, overpriced for no good reason
Not what I was expecting. Booked for x7 people for lunch at a sofa! Not sure you could eat what we had on a sofa. Empty & no atmosphere. Very overpriced at £360 for lunch and only 2 people having alcohol !
We attended on Sunday 12th June 2021. The atmosphere was buzzing, music was really good. However, the service was poor, too many customers to staff. Security guard was arrogant!! We waited 35 minutes for dessert, we waited this length of time for drinks too which resulted in us asking for the bill and leaving before dessert arrived. Oh and then being charged forthe dessert...Overall, the food was Very expensive for what it was, I would say that you’re paying for the venue as oppose to the food.
The service was terrible, we asked six times for water and ice, and it was a 28-degree day. Repeatedly has to ask for water top-ups. They took 25 minutes to ask for our first drink but then told us we needed to leave after 1.5 hours, at which point moved us to another table metres away (as there were so many free tables) and our original table was free for a while after, so that felt pointless. The end bill was quite expensive. Cocktails tasted nice and the rose was ok. Food tasted great but not great value / very expensive.
It was a nice experience
Firstly you had no cafe patron???
Mainly the service was shocking we had to ask 5-6 times for drinks .
Come on we pay to come here for an amazing view and great service
I won’t be coming again
Staff who greet you downstairs are not accommodating at all.
Poor service , rude Spanish waitress , overcrowded
Lovely place but appalling management
Very slow, poor service. Asked multiple times to move to another table which for some reason was denied and an order of 2 shots took over 30 minutes to arrive
Absolutely horrendous service! Booked this for my partners birthday with our family and friends. Was left at the table for 20 minutes waiting to order, trying to flag down waiters who said they were too busy.
We booked for outdoor table and then gave us a table beside the ((((Reception)))) !!!!!!!!
Radio is one of my all-time favourite spots and I probably go there about 10 times a year, so I know what to expect from it. While the service is never fantastic there, last night was particularly bad. Our waiter ignored us and when he did give us his attention he was arrogant and unhelpful. It took half an hour to get our first round of drinks too, which is ridiculous. The food was average - my steak was rare (not med-rare) and the béarnaise sauce was a pot of congealed orange custard (yuck!)
Not the great, happy return to one of my favourite haunts I was expecting
Great location. Friendly staff but the service was poor in that we had to chase for service on several occasions to get drinks or food. It is expensive but for an “experience” it’s probably worth the premium.
Our table was bookers for 1.300pm we got their at 1.15pm hoping to have a drink beforehand, we was takes to our table straight away , then they requests my credit card and took it and didn’t bring it back said they couldn’t serve me without it , that did not suit me at all! Then at 3.00 while is was still eating my desert the waiter came over andy said you have the vacate the table in 15 mins, I felt rushed the service was poor there was a minimum £50per person spend and this is not an all worth the money at all . This roof top bar was a average and 1 hour 30mins is not enough time when there is poor service, will not be coming back again or recommending this place to anyone else .
Great atmosphere, nice venue. View isn’t anything special but would go again
Staff were not the friendliest,or very helpful unfortunately. Its very pricey for what it is.Far better places yo eat and drink in the area.
Lovely food and view but the 90 mins wasn’t enough time, we felt a little rushed.
Had breakfast and champagne, food was brilliant, view was brilliant, relaxed atmosphere
Would definitely return
Waited 30 mins for a drink. Wanted to call him over to cancel, but he thought I was asking where our drinks were and rushed off to get them. Not worth the money. Don’t offer blankets either so bring a jacket in the evening.
£18 for a terrible expresso martini!! Not a patch on the Rooftop trafalgar. Overpriced for very below average drinks.
Service very poor and customers not prioritised. They forgot my water that I ordered and the waiters didn’t care to ask how we are doing and if we need anything else. We asked to be placed some place else but they prioritised everyone that came after us first which is very unfair. Overall did not enjoy my time and would not be coming back
Was made to wait over half hour downstairs by the lift as someone had used my name to take the booking. Once seated, it took an average minutes to get served on several occasions which was quite embarrassing in front of my foreign guest.
Stunning view and quality of drinks etc as per normal but service sadly left wanting this time.
It's all about the view which, if you get a table outside and the sun is shining, is one of the best in London.
Over priced for the amount of time you are allocated a table. Food was poor quality.
Great venue, fantastic service. A special THANK YOU to the Radio Rooftop Manager for her kind assistance. My girlfriends and I had an amazing evening.
Grazie ancora per tutto.
The view is the only reason to go. The service was incredibly slow and the drinks were warm. It needs renovating too, it looks tired and grotty.
Loved the ambiance and venue. Drinks/food, when arrived, was great.
The waiter that served us was rude and incompetent
He was avoiding us
Drinks took forever to come
We didn’t receive our olives until after
My partner raised his hand more than 5times
Kept walking past us
Would never recommend this place
Throughout the service was poor and inattentive. The highlight was been unceremoniously thrown out at the end of our allotted time . This was despite us buying a number of bottles of champagne and offering to buy more or move to one of the many empty tables. Very disappointing experience . I have been many times before but will not be going again.
the staff is too cold. menu's small, price expensive
Very unwelcoming front of house staff, but the rest was great
Had a nice dinner for 2 in the terrace.
Service and wine were great.
However, we were a bit disappointed with the lobster roll, as we could barely taste the lobster in there.
The food was a bit pricey in my opinion.
Really disappointed with this, we were all really looking forward for a team dinner with a view. Massively overpriced for below average experience. £18 a cocktail!!!!! When you pay this money, you expect good service and experience. View is nice but the montcalm, sky garden and so many other places offer this. Service was terrible. Was told i only had 2 hours at my table before I sat down. But we waited 45 mins for food. We checked the menu before booking and on the day the menu was totally different. We had a vegetarian in the team, only 1 vegetarian dish. Aside from this, was told to order a side plate of broccoli and chips, that's what she ate. Broccolli and chips!!!! we booked for dinner and was given a lounge seat. when i asked for a proper table we were told we would have to sit inside. we ordered lobster roll and it was soooo dry. everyone agreed and walking around i could see other people having left the bread on their plate because they obviously felt the same. i will never go back here again. massively overpriced for poor service, terrible food, awful experience. Do not waste your money.
Very disappointed with service, waited 20 minutes for a drink. It wasn’t busy and the staff were very slow. When I explained to the staff member that I wasn’t happy to pay the service charge, he didn’t care to apologise or even ask what the issues were. Definitely will not be visiting again as I have received better service at other roof top bars in London.
I have been here a few times before for dinner and drinks but this was the first time for lunch. Great views and food was not bad BUT I was a bit shocked to be told we only had the table for an hour and a half. Considering this was the case the service was a bit slow and we felt very rushed towards the end. We only had a ordered shared snack and a main each (no chance of fitting a dessert in). Ordered a bottle of Rose with 50 minutes left and was asked by the waiter if we were sure we would be able to finish it before our allotted time was up! This was especially annoying as the place wasn't even half full?
Not a place to go if you want a relaxed lunch or are trying to impress a client.
a lovely experience on a beautiful sunny day. Service was great too.
Lovely rooftop bar, nice atmosphere and music, quick service, however very expensive
Really disappointed with the whole experience, spent over £150 and was constantly rushed as only given 1.5hrs table setting, despite the whole of inside being empty and not offered another table. Ordered a vegan meal which came with goats cheese. Wouldn’t go back.
Food was very good service also very good and yes the views very good and it was a nice sunny day nice lunch
