We had a wonderful waitress and the food was delish. Everything from short ride, chicken, sea bass and salmon. We couldn’t be happier. The only problem was we were put in a back function room by ourselves. No ambiance at all. Felt more like a cafeteria. Next time I’ll speak up for a change of seating.
Great place. We arrived for lunch and the server was happy to make an off menu item for each of us. Watch out for dessert. They are high.
The food was ok— The ticket was 134.00 which my wife and I normally pay at Atlantic Fish or Chart House in Boston. The food was not of the same quality but was priced the same.
Good food...good service.😊
Wonderful time, everyone in the restaurant was very helpful & friendly, the food was delicious, especially the mint chocolate cake for dessert - yummy!
Very nice setup. Spacious with plenty of room. Was graciously greeted and seated. Was informed our server would be Diane but some how Will became our sever, although Diane was there she a a while later after Will took our drink order. The menu not overwhelming had nice selection main meals. I had the short ribs of beef, which was very tender, melted in your mouth. I just wished my meal came hot. My husband has full rack of babyback spear ribs which was also so tender and nice and hot as well as the French fries, which were so good. It would have been nice if we were asked if we wanted water. Or even if we asked for water it would’ve been nice if we were given a straw. We were asked if we wanted water well into the second course. Will was polite and attentive as he could be. It was a positive experience
We went to brunch for the first time today and it was excellent!! Everything was delicious, highly recommend the French toast and the burger. Definitely would go back!
Our server was great and very attentive. She suggested the Brussels sprouts and I will say, they were amazing! We also ordered the steak and cheese egg rolls which were worth it. Got the chicken sandwich and that was delicious.
Beautiful restaurant. The food however is not the great.
We had Darrell as our server and he was the best! Very personable/funny and made sure we had everything we needed. He even was nice enough to bring us warm towels for our hands since we were stuck near a cold door with air from the outdoors chilling us
It had been a year since I sat in a restaurant due to Covid so I was looking forward to a dinner at Redstone. Disappointed. The waitress was rude, didn't know the menu, forgot our order because (I lost the piece of paper I wrote it down on), then forgot our appetizer, got the beer menu wrong (descriptions). Never checked on our food, didn't take dirty plates away or refill water. Just overall bad. Burger was greasy, calamari sitting in a pool sweet and sour sauce (gross) and mostly peppers, not calamari. Completely underwhelmed.
All great !
Service was a bit slow
What an amazing brunch experience! Our server, Fabio, was fantastic, suggested some great brunch items for us and they were all wonderful. Skillet cornbread, bloody mary, crab benedict and french toast were to die for. We were so full but we had to try the chocolate mint cake and we were so glad we did. It was a perfect brunch outing and will 14/10 go back soon!
We loved the food! The service was great ! We are everything. This place is a must go ! Ask for the server Darrell! He will make your experience amazing. He’s awesome !!!
Host was very friendly and moved quickly getting us seated. We were greeted by a rough, and somewhat unfriendly older woman (waitress). She tried uncomfortably joking with us in her rough way, and it was just more uncomfortable and awkward than funny. We were sat near the door and it was freezing every time the door opened. We asked to move, and our waitress reluctantly accommodated our request. Once we moved a different, much friendlier waitress greeted us and served us the rest of the time. The food was amazing, the ambiance was ok, and the staff were good. Overall it was a good experience.
Great food and good drinks selection. Service was good as well. Only disappointment was the over charges for the littlest things - extra bread is $2, one of our order asked for baked potato and not mash potato; they brought out baked potato and didn’t take mash potato away but we still got charged extra $2 for the baked potato. A bit much to nickel and dime people in current environment. We were out to celebrate a happy occasion and I was not about to make a stink with these extra charges to end the night.
Service was excellent. Keeping to COVID separation was very well done. Portions very large in fact we took enough home for dinner the following night!
Our waitress was super sweet and accommodating and the food was amazing!!
Robert was terrific as server
Food & drinks were delicious
Felt comfortable in terms of pandemic requirements. Great food and service!
Great atmosphere. Can't wait until the bar opens!! Felt very safe. Wait staff was super!!
Experience was great and service was as well.
We weren’t impressed with the burger or cornbread, but the crab cakes were delicious.
Great food and had my favorite wine behind the bar!
Great service, food, drink and ambiance
Love this place! They handle the new protocols well and clean a lot and social distance. The food and drink were spectacular!
I loved Redstone. I dined here with family on my brother’s birthday and it was great! The corn bread though, I didn’t like it.
We had a waiter by the name of “Robert” he was awesome.
My daughter and I had brunch for the first time dining there ...we two adult women were seated at a table in a bland room near a family with little kids. Not a huge issue, but after the meal we visited the ladies room and saw lots of cozy booths and pretty spaces and had to wonder why we were exiled. We ordered fancy brunch drinks, and French toast for the meal. The French toast came out in about 3 minutes, and the drinks 5 minutes later. It just wasn’t a gracious experience. Our server, however, was very nice and quite apologetic
We had a wonderful time celebrating a friend’s birthday. The only thing we missed was a gluten free dessert since our friend is allergic to gluten. Other than that it was great! Thanks so much
Excellent food and service
Food was delicious service was awesome loved our server
The burger and the rotisserie chicken lunches were excellent!!!
Waitstaff was excellent. Good Covid safety. The chocolate chip sundae was out of this world delicious.
Excellent food. Everyone enjoyed their lunch.
Valentines Day DISASTER!!!
We were so excited to try out this place. This was our first time at this restaurant, and it was mediocre. Couldn't order the food we wanted because they were all out of meat. Yes all out!! We wanted ribs & prime rib. But we had to settle for something that was left on the menu, I had a sandwich for dinner and my fiance had rotisserie chicken, couldn't even order a side of mash potatoes either, because they ran out of that too. And for dessert, we wanted the warm chocolate chip cookie sundae, not surprised at all but they were out of that too. Bad news after bad news, I felt bad for the waiter having to give the news out to the table next to us. The lady was as frustrated as I was, over heard her saying " what is there left to even order?" Overall food we got was alright, nothing special.
The only great highlight to this night was the waiter Darrelle. He had great customer service and was friendly throughout. He is a great asset to this company.
After the experience we had. We will not go back to this place & we do not recommend this place for any special occasions because they might be sold out of the menu.
THey were out of everything, sat us by a freezing cold door, and offered free dessert, but it wasn't taken off the bill.
The food was mediocre at best.
It was freezing yet again and service was really slow. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting for our first drinks, appetizer plates came five minutes after appetizers and we sat with salads and not cutlery. Food was great but I couldn’t feel my hands or my nose. Turn the heat up.
I’d rather spend a little more and go to Bancroft where they have the heat on. I’ve tried to give this place a chance but I don’t think they listen to the feedback.
This restaurant is handling the pandemic restrictions about as well as any could, meeting required and appropriate accommodations in a manner that allowed us to feel safe and still have a pleasant experience. The service was excellent. We had brunch: the hash browns were so-so but an omelet and a French dip were very good and prepared just as we requested. Noise levels were good but of course they were not at capacity. We’ve visited before and the experience has been consistently recommendable.
