Red Snapper was dry and overcooked. Prices seemed to be higher than in past.
The seating was scattered. We asked for seating near the fireplace which was quickly arranged. The service was excellent as always at Redstone. Often a new special is available. I did the special and was not disappointed.
BBQ Chicken cooked perfect, tasty and hot. Love the cornbread skillet! Service was great and the Covid restrictions were in place and we felt safe.
Nice place. Service was great. I would recommend....
Very friendly staff, excellent food. Felt safe and comfortable. Will be back for brunch again
Sat outside on heated patio. Service was attentive. Food was ok. Limited healthy options.
Always a favorite
great experience and the food and service matched my exeprience
Red Stone customer services was impeccable as well as the food. I ate my braise short rib with a fork & it literally fell apart.
The gluten-free (grilled) shrimp for the Buffalo Jumbo Shrimp appetizer were almost "cold" and partially uncooked, on the inside...
There were many tables available at 5:30. At first the hostess wanted to seat us at the first table on the right with me looking into the kitchen. I didn’t want to look in the kitchen while having a formal dinner. I asked the hostess and she was kind enough to place us in the front room across from a large table by the fireplace. My grandson and I had a wonderful dinner!
The restaurant was only allowed at 50% occupancy, so it wasnt't too crowded. I was greeted promptly and shown to my table. Our server was very friend and attentive, but not overly so, which was appreciated.
We ordered the buffalo shrimp app, crab cakes entree and baby back ribs entrees. All were good, not the best, but very tasty. I feel that the quality has decreased a bit over the past 2 years when I was here last time.
Prices are a bit on the high side, but this place is still worth the trip.
My friends and I had an amazing appetizer and drink date at Redstone Tuesday night. I’ve been to this restaurant close to a dozen times and the food never fails to be delicious as ever! I had 10 of the buffalo shrimp (don’t judge me, lol) and as always, they did not disappoint. Will be returning soon!
Nice place, very friendly staff including Courtney our service who was super nice. I just kept finding like grisly rubbery pieces of chicken in my salad.
Mother in laws birthday. Everything was awesome!!!
The service was good and the food portions were very generous. While my Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich was more salty than hot, the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Additionally, the wine list is pretty impressive.
We had a wonderful time. It was my fiancé’s first time there and I wanted to surprise him. The Buffalo shrimp, cornbread and wings were amazing as always. We had a 10:15 reservation and I did feel like we were a little rushed to order and eat because of the time but I understood. The staff probably were tired and wanted to get home
My boyfriend and I decided to step out the city to come and eat here. By far, one of my worst customer service experience. And to be exact it was waitress who didn’t even ask us if we were eating an entree after passing by our table 4-5 times visiting other customers. We had our appetizers & was asked if we were getting a dessert because the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes. We sat at 9:30. It was 10:40
It was my wife’s birthday & everything was perfect—the food, drinks, & service!!!!
Covid careful. Heated areas outside! Inside tables are spaced. Get same things every time- chicken rotisserie salad. Delicious.
The staff and food were fantastic.
Hannah provided excellent service
Horrible experience. Poor customer service, food overpriced to not be prepared properly. 1st and last time dining with my family at Red Stone.
We had a good experience here. While the outdoor seating on the patio was a little chilly (heaters worked fairly well), it was still a pleasure to eat outside on a temperate winter day. The food was good, my only concern is the cost versus what we received. I’m happy to not get a massive plate of food but I also don’t want to be charged for one. The bright spot was our service, from the hostess to our waiter, everyone was super pleasant and helpful and made the experience a happy one. We don’t live in the area but next time we are nearby we will come here again to eat
We dine hear fairly often food and service are always very good. The outside patio is excellent and we came specifically for that. Was surprised to see people eating inside. Also not sure if there was some organized gathering, but the people at the table next to us had “f**k the governor” masks and at another table was man with a visible gun. Very uncomfortable.
Service was awesome. Food was great. Only thing is it was freezing inside.
Sat outside on heated patio. Great food and service.
Open window policy left us cold.
Didn't know that windows had to be kept open it felt like we were outside.
Even in the cold this place warms the heart! Great food, ambiance, service. Been coming here for years. The management team is superb, the servers could not be kinder, more attentive and anticipatory! I would recommend this place to anyone! Support local restaurants and servers! They need your help
Freezing. Unable to finish meal. We had to leave earlier than we wanted to due to the sub freezing temperatures inside of the restaurant. When served our food we were told to be careful of the freezing cold plates, normally a restaurant tells you the opposite. Will not return.
Pretty good food, pretty good service.
A great place to go during covid .
Food was great service was great .they only had the one heater on above our table outside which wasn’t enough to keep us warm on that cold day. Next time we will ask them to turn on another heater next to our table. There was still snow by the round fire pit outside also. But we had a great meal.
This was an amazing date experience!
Fantastic outdoor heaters to accommodate diners!
Service was slow (almost 30 min wait for food for brunch after ordering). Order was delivered incorrectly (egg whites requested, but not delivered; toast w/o butter requested, but not delivered & then no more whole grain available to replace). Other than a cursory apology, no attempt to recover from the errors.
I would recommend Redstone to everyone!!
I take my friends and family there all the time all year round, we love the place!!!
In Plymouth meeting location, Managers Nicole, Erica and John are great!!!
Always decent. Great burger and beer. I like mine with lettuce and tomato, heinz 57 and french fried potatoes
Super good food in safe environment. Feel bad that indoor dining will close down again. They have full dinners for multiple people that can be ordered. 24hr notice required. Sounds like a great option.
Excellent experience while supporting our local economy during the pandemic. Safety measures were taken to protect employees and customers while dining.
we have always enjoyed our meals at Redstones. so we use it as our celebration restaurant
