Remingtons of Niagara
Our server was outstanding however we had to return our steaks to the kitchen for being underdone. They fixed the issue and the food was fabulous. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Great food and good wine. Enjoyed the singing waiter!
Good food, excellent friendly service with entertainment. Clean environment, nice ambient lighting and not too noisy. We enjoyed our experience. Thankyou.
Great experience and we have recommended to friends. My only suggestion is dusting of chandeliers.
Pleasant Servers. Great food quality and quantity. Convenient underground parking! A must for the steak lover.
Normally we have loved Remington’s and have come back often. We were excited to bring my father for the first time. There were two bus groups so it made it very loud. As the waiters were busy, I assume, there were no singing waiters. That was very disappointing. We all had prime rib but did not find it tender at all. This has never happened before.
Food and service was exceptional. They were very busy but that didn’t mean our food or service was slow. We will definitely be going back!
I was very dissapointed that there was only one entertainer and since that was our server the service we received was very slow
We enjoyed our evening. Our server was very friendly and had a beautiful singing voice. The food was good, but not 5 stars. The Prime Rib was tough even though I had a rare piece and the strip steak was good but at a steakhouse, I expect outstanding flavor and super cuts of meat. Portions were plentiful. The Caesar salad was delicious, and we loved the presentation. The only negative is the parking situation. There is nothing attached to the restaurant and you have to walk a couple of blocks for the closest parking lot. $10 for public parking. That does add to the cost of the meal.
a little overpriced but it is in the heart of tourist area
We ate here on Sunday evening, 9/8/19. We changed our reservation from 8:30 to 6:15 because we finished sightseeing early, they were great about that. We arrived about 5:45, traffic was better than expected, and I just wanted to check in so when our time came they knew we were here, but they seated us right away, I was very happy about that. We had a Groupon and got the special menu for that, I was still very happy with everything. We place our full order with our server and waited for our food to arrive. While we waited a table of four was seated behind us they ordered rather quickly as well. We received our wine and then appetizers and then soup and salad, at this point A large group of about 25 spanning eight tables came in and sat down. We finished our soup and salad while watching them bring out the entrees for this group, they all received Lobster which two of the wait staff broke open for the entire party. After that the 4 person group behind us receive their main course, remember now that they ordered after us, but have already received their meal. We continue to sit and wait while the 25 person group received their desserts. At this point the 4 person table behind us requested boxes to pack up their leftovers to take home, we were still waiting for our main course. During all of this multiple times our waitress did apologize and told us our food was on its way, but yet we still waited. Our food finally made it out as the 25 person group was getting up and leaving and the four-person table behind us was packing up their food to leave. We waited about an hour and 15 minutes to get our main course, I believe that is unacceptable. The food was amazing, I cannot say anything bad about that, but the service was horrible. I could be wrong but the only difference I saw between our order and the other orders was the quantity and the price we were paying and I feel that we were neglected because we weren't spending as much as others were.
Enjoyed the meal. Food was well prepared and tasty. Will go back again.
Our waiter, Paul, was very kind and very fast with service. Amazing night for my birthday.
Nice decor, busy but expected for Friday evening so the food being served with reasonable time was a pleasant surprise. Didnt get to hear the singing servers, so was kinda disappointed.
But overall experience was good.
The servers were fantastic, despite being insanely busy with a large tour group. We used a voucher from our hotel, which made the price reasonable. Otherwise, it seemed a little overpriced for the quality of the food. Overall, a nice place to eat without having children causing havoc (didn’t see a child in there at all during our 7PM reservation).
Great food, service was slow but singing servers was extremely uniquie
Remingtons was a delightful find. We enjoyed our dinners, they were delicious. The service was amazing and the atmosphere relaxing. Will certainly make another trip there.
We arrived early for our reservation on a Thursday evening, and were warmly welcomed and promptly seated. We ordered cocktails, which took a while, but were nicely garnished and delicious. We were using a Groupon for a four-course dinner, so received the limited menu for that special. My husband ordered the fried calamari for his appetizer, which was served crispy and hot, and our other appetizer was a fresh jumbo tiger shrimp cocktail...served very cold with a tequila lime cocktail sauce. Perfect and enjoyable.
We both chose the Caesar salad, which was served as a romaine wedge...very crisp. Loved it. Prime rib was served rare, as ordered, and bone-in pork loin was tender with a delicious onion chutney and crispy spinach garnish. A generous portion of perfectly-cooked fresh vegetables accompanied our dinners...summer squash and green beans. Mashed potatoes were fine. A frozen chocolate dessert ended a very nice meal. Our service from Kristin was extremely professional, competent, friendly, and polte. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, but the restaurant's advertisement of 'singing servers' might be a bit overpromoted, as on this particular night, the singing did not begin for over 90 minutes after we arrived, and was only one server singing at a time...only two during our time there . Not all servers sing. This may not have been typical, but just someting to keep in mind.
Our roast beef dinner was tender and delicious. Also fantastic service. Our favourite restaurant in Niagara Falls.
Fantastic experience! Server was wonderful, food delicious and ambiance was lovely.
Would definitely recommend!
Way overpriced and the food was marginal at best. Take the time to drive 20 min and eat at Niagra on the Lake. Lots of awesome restaurants there. If it weren't for a boat trip we were taking, we would have left. Also the waitstaff sings every 20 min or so and it is so loud you cant hear yourself think. Best thing about dinner was the super friendly bartender.
My favorite restaurant in Niagara. I have never been disappointed! Keep up the great work!
I would like to hear more singing by the wait staff
We had a great time for our anniversary dinner. The food was great, especially my wife's NY Strip. I wouldn't order the Prime Rib (chewy) again as it wasn't close to as good as the NY Strip. All of the other food was incredible (calamari, crab cake, salads, etc.). The bartender made one of the best Margaritas we've ever had. Our waiter, Paul, was sensational at service and singing. We'll definitely be back!
My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary in Niagara and decided to go to Remingtons based on the great reviews. We were very pleased with the service and the Prime Rib was excellent! An added bonus, they surprised us with a free dessert. We didn't care for the singing servers, we prefer a quiet dinner, but they weren't on the side of the restaurant where we sat. If you find yourself near a Remingtons do yourself a favor and have dinner there. You won't be disappointed!
We had an excellent experience. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We were impressed by the quality and value of the food. The area is pricey, so you must expect to pay more, but I was impressed. Definitely would go back if in the area.
I would, but there were a few things we were disapointed in. Most highend restaurants serve bread right away. No extras came with the prime rib, like horseradish or sauces...
The food and service was awesome as always. When we leave we always say we wish there were more songs. Definitely will be back.
Our first visit for our Anniversary was very good with an excellent hostess named Krysten - who serves with great enthusiasm and charm. The roving singer was an unexpected pleasure and a nice treat for my wife. The food was great and very tasty. I can also add very filling. I would recommend this restaurant to others.
The food was very good and we loved the singing from the servers. Your restaurant was recommended by the concierge (Steven) at the Sheraton On The Falls.
Excellent service. James the waiter went above and beyond to make our evening memorable and special.

First time at Remington’s food was outstanding staff was awesome definitely recommend it
Everything was fantastic from start to finish!
Delicious food, friendly servers. They have a singer that walks around singing while you eat.
Every time I go to Niagara I have dinner at Remingtons. I love the food and they have singing waiters and waitresses. It's very entertaining great atmosphere and service. The food is great and portions are plenty. They have a great couple special menu but you have to ask for it. It's a great deal.
Cooked to perfection! Very nice and the Singers are amazing
Food was not prepared as requested. Meaning asked for well done and received medium on one entree. Veggies were not cooked sufficiently.
Amazing experience. Food was delicious and service was incredible. Will be back.
Such a special place with exceptional service. Went with my husband and son while on our first trip to Niagra and had a wonderful time. The service and food were great but the singing waiters made this one of the most memorable parts of our vacation. One singer moved me to tears every time he sang, his voice was so full of emotion. I noticed a few other diners felt the same way. The singing is not constant, there is a nice break between songs so you can enjoy your meal and company.
My son had the shrimp cocktail, the shrimp were nicely chilled and big, his entree was their special surf and turf, a filet mignon topped with a crab cake and covered with a creamy lobster sauce. He ate every bite and was very happy. My husband had the seared tuna appetizer and the Delmonico steak, loved every bite! I had the tempura battered brie with strawberry/jalapeno jam, it was good but I wish the jam was a little spicier to cut the richness, better to share because I could not finish it. My entree was a lobster tail and I added a side of shrimp scampi. Lobster was big and fresh, shrimp scampi was good but served over sauteed onions and peppers which I was not expecting for a scampi.
Overall, would absolutely go again, a special restaurant to go for a date night or celebration
Spectacular! We didnt know about the singing waiters so this was a pleasant surprise. Good service, good food.
I ordered a 16 oz roast beef. It tasted great. I would go next time for the $19,99 happy hour special (but order it before 6 pm).
