Outstanding. Everything faultless. Deserving of three stars
Faultless food, service, and wine selection - simply superb.
Still the best restaurant in London. Looking forward to returning
still the best restaurant in london and the UK !!!
Amazing food! The lobster ravioli is my best dish, the filling is fresh and delicious. I guess I will come a second time.
Lovely meal, great service, a bit of buzz in the restaurant. Punchy at nearly 300 a head without going bonkers on the booze, but worth it.
Chewy lobster great experience great food
An amazing food experience! Their service was impeccable and very attentive. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, my favourite dish was the scallop starter! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again!
Faultless. From start to finish both with the food and with service. I’ve been coming for many years, each time it’s great. Booked for New Years Eve. Could not be a better restaurant to be in to see in the New Year.
The new Carte Blanche menu is in a league of its own, like the restaurant.
Happy to be back
An excellent evening out at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Not the most bustling of atmospheres. The focus was on the food and the excellent service, both of which delivered in droves (the service in particular was fantastic). We had the ravioli with lobster bisque and the scallops to start. I had the Cornish turbot and my girlfriend had the steak for main course. Both were presented perfectly and tasted delicious. A real highlight came at the end with the tarte tatin coming in a light puff pastry. It tasted great with the vanilla ice cream. The slightly stiff atmosphere was broken by the warm and welcoming service staff and a few renditions of Happy Birthday from all attending for a couple of guests who were out to celebrate. Restaurant Gordon Ramsay may not have the atmosphere of some of his other restaurants but it’s a great fine dining experience. A joy to get out after Covid lockdown II.
This was an absolute experience. If you can afford to go and enjoy the experience do it. The food was unbelievable. The service was the best I have ever had. The bill was £500 for two with a bottle of wine. You won't be disappointed get it booked.
Great experience definitely worth a visit
Unbelievable service and tasting menu second to none
Amazing food and excellent service, highly recommended!
Everything top in notch
Superb, as always but there's always something special about Restaurant Gordon Ramsay at night. The beef was sensational, as was the fish.
The food is indeed exquisite, each dish with its own story. However, in terms of the service, we would say it feels a bit too much: we were probably attended by about 10 waiters. All lovely, but they come and go and change all the time so it can feel overwhelming at times. However we did have a wonderfully unique culinary experience!
Faultless in every way. The service is just fantastic, they all work so well together and create a lovely atmosphere. The food was out of this world and you get lots of little surprises of tasters in between your course. Head chef sighed our menu too. Worth every penny. Thank you so much
The food was very imaginative and full of incredible flavours, but the whole atmosphere of the place was just amazing. The staff are outstanding, so knowledgeable and courteous. It was such a treat and an incredible experience.
Excellent evening, top food great staff , no no alcoholic beer thought that was a bit bad Gordon, surprised you do not cater for every taste - but overall very good well done , but please cater for non drinkers
Impeccable service!
Wonderful to be back at RGR again. No real negative impact felt from COVID measures. Fantastic service and unbelievably good food.
Utter perfection and, asalways, an absolute joy. The journey the food takes you on is extraordinary and the staff team are charming, knowledgeable and professional. Can’t wait until next time!
always fantastic food and service!!
Amazing experience, the service was extremely perfect and the food outstanding.
Superb special occasion lunch; the food and service were impeccable with well chosen wine pairings in a delughtful atmosphere. The staff were even kind enough to provide some birthday treats as well. Can't wait to go back.
Delicious meal . Every course outstanding and beautifully presented. Staff friendly but professional. A perfect evening for our Ruby anniversary.
Absolutely stunning from start to finish, staff very attentive and lead by the brilliant Jean-Claude. Can’t wait to go back.
Impeccable service from the kitchen to the dining room! Amazing professional staff, very friendly. They went out of their way to make an amazing experience for my mums birthday. The food was incredible amazing taste and presentation. Whole experience lived up to and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
Dishes are delicious. Deco is nothing special. Service attitude great. We shall revisit.
As ever exceptional. As my daughter Harriet said” My favourites restaurant ion the UK. I agree.

Excellent as always. Delighted to have Royal Hospital Road open again . We have missed you!
Great food, all very inventive decisions. Amazing combination of flavours. Very special night for a special occasion. Certainly recommend the Ravioli and the Apple Tarte Tartin. But thats because they were even more exceptional than the other dishes. The service was brilliant and friendly. All amazing.
Lovely staff , excellent food , but the atmosphere is a bit stiff and the set menu could benefit from an à la carte option. Really by the book if you are a fine cuisine aficionado but hasn’t found its singularity yet. Would strongly recommend for very special occasions.
Simply superb in every way. For us - a once in a lifetime kind of night out. Would highly recommend, and cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent service!
I dined here lunchtime. Was disappointed to learn there was no lunchtime menu as there usually is, which was not disclosed to me before I arrived. This only begins again next week. This left me with the choice of a £130 3 course or £160 tasting prestige menu, over double what I had intended to pay for lunchtime without any other choice. As we were already there and not much difference in price between the menus we went for the prestige thinking that we may get more value.
Food-wise, I felt slightly underwhelmed. Presentation obviously exceptional but have certainly had better. This was my first 3 star experience and was expecting to be blown away. Gazpacho amuse bouche didn’t really do a lot. Foie Gras looked great but didn’t really Have the x factor over any other foie gras I’ve had. The turbot was a highlight however the langoustine ravioli we looked forward to was chewy and tough (albeit with great sorrel sauce). It seemed a shame to cook such brilliant ingredients in this way. Beef was slightly stringy and chewy. My other half’s pigeon was certainly a better choice for main than the beef with great textures and flavours. Mango soup seemed a strange course before an orange sorbet, both of which were little more than cleansers. Pavlova was tasty but again a little simple.
Wine selection was exceptional (could have been more on offer by the glass) and not too overpriced for what we had based on cost of wines online and the stature of the place/location. Pairings were advised to cost £125-155pp for 5 small glasses so we plumped for a £110 bottle of white suggested by the sommelier which didn’t have a crazy mark up from online.
There seemed to be many service staff for the amount of diners, over one per table and alway people buzzing around. Not too overbearing as you would expect. Very friendly atmosphere.
I wanted to love it as much as I was expecting to. But I just couldn’t. 3/5
Total bill for two (inc tax/service and wine/aperitif) £592.
Amazing. expensive but worth it and you pay for what you get.
Lovelly restaurant, got a voucher for my birthday for the a la carte menu. I understand that the gratuity wouldn't be included but I think that the VAT also wasn't included in the voucher, which is very odd for the UK. Left a sour taste after an incredible dinner.
Excellent quality of food with great service and friendly staff.
