Holding three Michelin-stars, Gordon Ramsay’s flagship restaurant provides elegant modern French cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients and employing both classic and modern techniques. In 2015, Matt Abé was appointed Chef de Cuisine and continues to lead the team. Matt upholds the history of the restaurant by maintaining the constant pursuit of perfection in every aspect of the job. Please be aware that Restaurant Gordon Ramsay is open Tuesday - Saturday for lunch and dinner and reservations are available up to three months in advance.

If you want a memorable experience, exquisite service and opulent art suitable for eating: this is where you should go. From the moment you arrive to the presentation of dessert, this is one of the best dining scenarios on Earth. It's pure joy. The staff is amazing. The offerings are exquisite. This is the fine dining adventure that I look forward to the most. We love this restaurant and I already cannot wait to visit again. Thanks to the Chef and the staff for making our dinner event so perfect. Really love you all very much. Have a great rest of the summer!!

I came here for a special occasion. The team really did a great job in preparing my table.

To sum everything, all is beyond perfect. The service in the restaurant is superb and thumbs up to the team for everything!

Really liked the service they provided as well for the food!

If you are wondering, this is a 3 star Michelin Restaurant. Please dress properly as they have a strict dress code!

First off, food TASTED great. Severely Lacked innovation. The dining room was uncomfortably hot. We were seated next to the service station. Usually not a big deal. But the staff was loud. I was very aware that I was at table 12 position 6. I heard Som’s calling to other staff about clearing glassware. We were sat at a table without enough napkins, I was 5 minutes late to dinner while the rest of my party had already been sat. I had to ask the server if we could have the wine pairing. All around I expected WAY more from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. And to top it off, the after dinner parting gift was a plant. smelled great, looks beautiful, but they knew we were from the stares. I cannot take this plant through customs. Not satisfied at all sadly

After thoroughly enjoying, and writing glowing reviews of Gordon Ramsay's Michelin-star restaurants over the past decade, including Claridge's before they shuttered, I had high expectations for a repeat performance at his Chelsea restaurant. This time we invited out-of-town guests who came in to run the London Marathon. What better way to reward their achievement! As usual, service was exemplary! However, on this occasion, the food wasn't. All four of us ordered the menu prestige (tasting menu). Every dish was exquisitely presented. Ingredients were fresh. Tasty. But to my surprise (and disappointment), the accompanying sauce in almost every dish was a let down. The Ravioli was delicious, but the sauce was too salty. The turbot and the lamb were cooked to perfection, but their sauce tasted completely benign. Our guests offered kind comments but we felt their lack of excitement, their indifference. Perhaps they felt ours. We were expecting to be "Wowed", if only because the Wow-factor has been so consistently served up in all our visits to Gordon's restaurants over the past 10 years. But we fell short tonight. Did we miss a total eclipse of the sun? I hope so.

I celebrated my 32nd birthday with the set lunch and had the most exceptional dining experience. The food was exquisite and the staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful without being stuffy or making you feel out of place. This was a special treat for me but I felt entirely comfortable and welcome in such a wonderful establishment and was even treated to a tour of the kitchen before leaving. I’d highly recommend the lunch and hope to have the opportunity to dine there again soon! Thank you to the whole team who made me feel special on my birthday

We had dinner at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay while visiting London for my husbands 30th birthday. It was an incredible experience, the service, food and ambiance are the best I have ever seen! Highly recommend for a special occasion!

Horrible experience. Made a simple request of the manager and was treated horribly. The manager opted to raise his voice in such a way as to totally create a scene and embarrass us. I think he was confused and thought he was the patron and we were the management We asked him to lower his voice which he refused to do so we opted to leave as any chance of enjoying our meal was gone. We hadn’t eaten a thing and I was assured we wouldn’t be charged but we were. I have 100 s of dinners out around the world each year for both business and pleasure in no star to three star establishments and have never before encountered an experience as horrible as ours here. I have now taken time to read other reviews and see that this is in keeping with past behavior. Some might enjoy the show but keep in mind you are going to a show and any needs you might have are irrelevant shameful to see what was once a top restaurant take such a turn but I guess that is why the reservations are suddenly much easier to obtain

Impeccable technique but dishes are actually pretty boring for 3* place (as compared to other similar level restaurants). Slightly disappointing desserts, the chef seems to be better at savoury dishes when it comes to execution. In general both the pre-dessert and dessert were too sweet and the pre-dessert didn't really work as a palate cleanser.

Obviously all of the comments above should be understood as relative.

From the moment we approached the restaurant on the sidewalk, we were treated as VIPs. Everyone we came in contact with was exceptionally polite, professional, and friendly. It was a very cold and wet evening and as they patiently waited for us to remove all of our layer, they offered us a towel to dry food! We were seated immediately, and it was a treat to simply watch the efficiency and professionalism of all of the restaurant staff as they circulated around this very intimate restaurant attending to the guests. I never felt rushed nor abandoned throughout our 2+ hour dining experience. Each person we came in contact with enhanced the dining experience. We were offered choices from three different menu options and were informed about a dessert option that we needed to order before the dinner as it required additional prep time. Once we placed our orders, we were presented with a wine list and the sommelier came over to discuss our choices with as they would complement our dinner selections. There was obviously tight communication between all of our servers because we never had to repeat a request or answer the same question more than once. We had decided to go with three courses from the a la carte menu, but we received several additional “courses” in addition to our starter, main, and dessert. The food was impeccable. I have never had a better dining experience. Every single dish was plated beautifully and tasted exquisite. The wines were paired perfectly. I cannot say enough about this restaurant and our dining experience. My husband and I would love to return.

Overstaffed, under-executed, seems like it was a foreign language school (only the sommelier was a native English speaker), food was lacking, wind tunnel in the entrance (seriously?! can't you afford to have a properly closing front door?). Have no plans to ever return again.

I feel lucky to have visited Gordon Ramsay 5-6 times in the past and every time the experience is superb. The food is amazing ,the service is great with Jean Claude as the maestro and the overall experience is spectacular. It is in my favourite 3 restaurants worldwide. A truly legendary restaurant.

Fallen crown or bad night? Tables too tightly packed. Impersonal service makes you feel just like another booking. Food good but not memorable or standout. Price very high and not worth it. Surprisingly still 3*.

Way too salty, can’t taste anything but the saltiness. Monotonous flavor of every course.
Horrible service. Totally forgot about not adding carrots and celery. Ignored our requests for tasting too salty. Twice!
I really feel fooled by the name Gordon Ramsay.
Horrible experience.

As usual outstanding in all aspects. Never had a disappointing experience here.

One piece of feedback I will offer though is that at first the service made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Our water glasses were filled after ever sip, as each canapés was finished the plate was whipped away whilst we were still chewing.

This got better as the dining room filled up but at first it was slightly intrusive. Perhaps better pacing is required.

Nice food, service was good but not exceptional. Went for the three course a la carte which was very nice although it felt overpriced. Wine was free poured and the measures are very short which was very disappointing.

Service was impeccable until we were finished and ready for the bill. Then it’s like that forgot we existed. Sat there for 30 plus min with no one asking if we wanted anything else or if were ready for the bill. Finally had to flag someone down. Also, the assistant sommelier stopped offering to fill my wife’s wine glass and acted slightly rude when I ask her for a third glass. Otherwise, the food was very good and the place is beautiful.
