    My wife and I have been previously and were impressed and this time we brought our eldest daughter and her partner. Jaleo Disney Springs has gone from strength to strength. The menu gave a wide choice without being too big, presentation and flavours were excellent and we enjoyed every dish. It was a sophisticated restaurant with a relaxed, modern atmosphere and service was welcoming, knowledgable, skilled, pleasant. Overall, dinner was a wonderful experience, we will come again and we wish Jaleo Disney Springs the best. Our compliments to Jean Baez, Kristoffer Anderson, our server, Maria, and other staff who took such good care of us..

    The food and wine are excellent, but what made the night unforgettable was our waitress Winnifer. Her knowledge of the menue and her expertise to pair it with the right wine was top-notch. Add to that her wonderful personality, and we had the best dining experience in our lives, and that is saying a lot as we travel the world and enjoy fine dining. Great job, Winnifer!!

    Visited 2 years ago and it was great, this time around, highly disappointed. Most of the tapas we ordered did not taste right or fresh, considering the price, not acceptable. Pimientos del piquilo which I always get at tapas places tends to be reliably good, but it was bitter. Cod cakes and manchego were good, red sangria was terrible, this is a staple at a Spanish restaurant, hard to believe. Gazpacho was bland, food took forever to arrive. Not sure I’ll return, many other great options at Disney springs, skip this one.

    We sat outside on the Lakeside patio. We had the afternoon “quick lunch“. You get to choose four courses for $35 per person. If desired, you can add a glass of sangria for an additional five dollars. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the garlic shrimp and flan. Compared to other restaurants, this lunch deal is a steal.

    Had to wait an additional 30 minutes after the reservation time to be sat. Incurred another 30 minute wait before being greeted after we sat. After being greeted our drinks came out after finishing one round of tapas. Will go again but all around service was lackluster this time visit.
