Hi, I’ve dined here twice, and I really enjoyed the food both times. However, on my last visit, I was disappointed to find some insects around, which made the experience less pleasant.

Bisuteki has a long history of delivering delicious food and a fun time watching it being prepared. Not any more. Usually you'd get fried rice (now an upcharge) big portions of chicken or steak that you'd take some home. We ordered some calamari, bad choice. The Chef prepared large circles of chewy rubbery taste less - food product - the kind that can slip down your throat, possibly choke. Lastly, the ice cream with mandarin oranges was missing. Too disappointed to return.

My go to hibachi place - good food with built in entertainment. I love the soup, salad and sushi. They did start charging PER soda now with no free refills which is kind of BS when each glass of soda is 3 dollars. I’m not bitter (ha), I just won’t order a soda here anymore.

We’ve dined here before and had a good experience but this time was horrible. It was my birthday and we had 9 people but were rushed through dinner and not offered a second round of drinks. The chef also didn’t do any of the typical things like catching the zucchini, offer sake, or make it fun at all. Overall, I’m super disappointed and would not recommend for a birthday!

I made reservations for my son’s 20th birthday. We were all seated together although had two different sides. One side of the table got their drinks soup and salad before the other side even got our waters. Then that side got served dinner first while the other side was waiting. Once we all got our food, one side was done first the waitress kept asking to serve the cake while clearly my son whose birthday it for was still eating as well as others on the side that got served last. She asked three times while they were still eating and was not happy I said no. At the fourth time she asked I just asked if we can wait until the plates were cleared. Not even two minutes after the cake was served the check was brought over and a minute later asked if it was ready (which it wasn’t because we were figuring out how much everyone owed. Then another minute later she asked again at this point my husband just paid for it all so she wouldn’t come back again. After we paid we were eating the cake and dividing up the bill…the waitress came over and asked us to leave as they have other reservations. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant and come here often. It was not the experience I was hoping to receive as it was some of my guests first time there. This was definitely a birthday he will remember but not the way I had to planned to be.
