Porch and Parlor is an excellent Memphis establishment. We love the food and the menu. Tried some new fare last night and was not disappointed. Eric, Robert, and the entire staff were amazing.

We sat at the bar and the two bartenders were excellent. We always love Porch and Parlor. The honey butter truffle tator tots were genius. Dipped my lobster in the butter with them. Only complaint, they brought my wedge salad at the same time as my (meal) lobster tail and tator tots so I had to devour my salad quickly before the other items got cold.

Service was great. The sides and appetizers were delicious. The steaks were cut and cooked to the perfect temperature however they were woefully under-seasoned. Unseasoned may be more appropriate. For a “Prime Steakhouse” that is inexcusable. The Ahi Tuna was cooked well but smothered with potatoes and a heavy cream sauce. Completely overwhelmed the tuna. The desserts were terrific. I recommend skipping the entrees.

The food was absolutely INCREDIBLE from the bacon rack appetizer, to the steaks and sides, through the desserts! The staff made it more of a dining experience than just a nice dinner. Highly recommended for any occasion. They even brought out a complimentary strawberry ice cream cake with a candle for my wife’s birthday!
