Where we were sat, the bar was not open so the server had to continually run across the space. Drink turn arounds were longer than expected with infrequent check ins. Planning for somewhere else next draft season.

So I had a reservation for 6:30 and my party didn’t show up till 7:15 and I was communicating with the staff letting them know they are on the way. By time 7:15 hit half of my party were here and they took half of our table saying they need it for other customers but no other customer sat there. After 6:45 the crew was pretty rude and I understand it my fault that people are late but that’s no way to treat customers . I even went up to my server and apologized and she kinda just ignore me and brushed me off. When I got there I told them we were here mainly for bowling can we sit down stairs and everyone I asked said no we can’t because they prepared that table for us. I understand some of them might of been having a bad day but I believe you should always treat you customers with respect and have a smile on your face not just ignore us and be mad the whole time

Slow service, mediocre food, most games didn't work or were not properly stocked with needed accessories and it was quite dirty.

We were there Saturday watched the game downstairs. Food was great. Decided to come back next night to watch another game. Was sent upstairs this time…..I asked if there was any was to get put downstairs. The noise level was insane with music and games. Waitress was good but food took a long time. Manager did turn music down but 4 older guys do NOT want to sit in a game room. There should always be a quiet alternative open downstairs. As I left…, I noticed downstairs was now open…..great Saturday downstairs, horrible Sunday upstairs

The manager Michael was outstanding and we felt very taken care of. We had food that didn’t come out on on time and he handled it directly, he got us drinks and just so kind. He was an excellent manager overall.Our server was pretty nonexistent, but Michael was awesome!

I love the big screen TVs all over the place while you eat. The French fries, sliders, and chicken wings are delicious/ Don't forget the free refills, just keep your cup when you go to play the game..

We had a group of 11 and ate downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus we got the unlimited game card which gave us 20% off of the food.
