   Poached eggs on salad were ice cold but everything else was fine

   The food is excellent. The cinnamon roll is decadent and generous enough to share! There's something for everyone. My friend is vegetarian and she found several options to choose from. Everything was delicious and the service was outstanding!

   Absolutely fantastic! Menu is wonderful and I can't wait to go back and try more items! Service was great. Very friendly. Get the cinnamon roll or as I called it the cinnamon loaf!! Lol.

   Overall experience was not what had been experienced in the past. reservation was made for five people. Four of them were from out of town. I had chosen your restaurant and explain to my guests of how great of a restaurant we would be visiting. Food: 1.  Omelettes were cold. A Panini was ordered by one of the guests. He received ham and cheese instead of the chicken. And it was on toasted bread, not grilled as a Panini.. I guess was misled by the menu while waiting for his sandwich to be remade correctly. All of the other three plates remained cold. There was no opology 2.  The follow up to this mistake by the staff was "well this is how our Panini's are." 3. The presentation of the food did not match the good description on the menu. Portion sizes were very small to be on a large rectangular plate which had no extra garnishing. To put it simply there was more plate showing than food. 4. The value for the meal was very poor. The portion size as mentioned before very small and there is no toast included in the price as is very common in upscale restaurants.. 5. The service was very poor as mentioned before due to no apology and infrequent checking back while a long wait for the sandwich to be remade and no apology for the delay in all of us eating together..    While the ambiance was nice, it took approximately 40 minutes to receive two breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast croissant sandwich. The coffee was cold, and the team appeared to be understaffed.
