True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. I love this restaurant for so many reasons. It's so beautiful inside, the food is always delicious, and there are so many healthy choices. The waitstaff is always friendly and attentive. It's one of my favorite places to go out to eat.

Server was outstanding - her recommendations were on target. Spaghetti squash casserole is to die for. Adding shrimp to mine made it very special.

Great healthy food. My husband is vegan and he has several options-he even had a dessert option. The only negative was we had a hard time getting drink refills and making additional food requests because we could not find our waitress.

Nice healthy dinner options at True Kitchen which we appreciate. Everything very tasty too. Would like a better priced Chardoney and whole wheat pasta entree option. Salads always good and the sour dough pizza was better this time - did they fix the receipt! (It was lighter and digestible). But you need to correct the calorie count on the spinach=mushroom vegan pizza, no way 1010 calories same as non-vegan full fat pizza!
