Here, we believe food brings people together. Our menu blends the flavors of Chef Eduardo Rodriguez’s roots in Zacatecas with the ingredients and spirit of Santa Fe. The result is food that feels both familiar and new—made to be enjoyed in good company.

Since opening, Zacatlán has been honored by the James Beard Foundation, first as Best New Restaurant and most recently with Chef Rodriguez’s nomination for Best Chef: Southwest. For us, these recognitions are a reflection of the care we put into every dish and every guest experience.

Once again, Zacatlán welcomes you and your loved ones to enjoy a meal with us this upcoming Thanksgiving. From noon onward, our restaurant will be host to you all. A 3-course prefix menu at a set price of $100 plus tax/tip per person will be offered on this day. A unique and fresh menu will be crafted by chef Eduardo Rodriguez. We ask that you consider our small restaurant when reserving for this experience since we take into account that every seat is for one person. Therefore, strollers and baby seats will need to be approved by management. There are no refunds but cancellation up to 72 hours prior to the day of experience will be considered. Salad was good. Pork stew was good. Found it strange that they ran out of chips and guacamole at 12:45pm. Then thought it was strange that the table next to us got chips and we didn’t.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Service was impeccable and the food looked as wonderful as it tasted. Do not leave without having churros. You can thank me later.
