   The venue was lovely and the staff was attentive when we arrived. We were seated and ordered two wienerschnitzel and a bottle of wine. To my surprise, the wine arrived at the same time as our meal. However, the waiters then ignored us for the rest of the meal. Both tables next to us received constant check-ins. The food we received was unfortunately subpar, but the German wine was wonderful. I’ll unfortunately not head back.

   Food was nice if a little pricy. But interesting venue. Staff helpful although busy. Little disappointed that there was lipstick on the teacup. They need to check from the dishwasher better. But was replaced as soon as we pointed it out. The tables are a little small and we had to put the teapot on the ledge behind us. Decor lovely and food tasty. Would still return if in the area but not a destination venue as I had hoped.

   This was a Friday night. The food came very slowly. Starters took about 20 minutes to arrive, and the main courses were not served until 1h15min after we sat down. They need more staff? The food: The schnitzel was perfectly prepared (Austrian style) with the breading wavy and detached from the meat. Great. However... the Asparagus dish was seriously overpriced and to add to that, it was completely overcooked. Given how long it took to get it, we didnt send it back, just ate half of it. On the other hand the boiled potatoes were undercooked! Really disappointing.

   Very good food and service, unfortunate we were seated upstairs which was not ideal for me. I should have requested downstairs. We’ve been lots of times before, never seated upstairs. A bit on the pricey side, although very conviniere as we were staying at The Great Northern hotel.

   We absolutely love this restaurant. A first class experience every visit. Food, as always, was fabulous, especially the white asparagus! Will definitely be back again very soon.

   What an incredible restaurant. The architecture is really breathtaking and despite it being so large it feels very intimate and a lovely atmosphere. The starters, mains and cocktails are exceptional although our desserts were not as good as the rest of the meal. Overall it is the perfect venue for a really special occasion and we would love to return.

    We came for breakfast and one of my clients was holding a cup of coffee they had with them. We were told our table was ready but we needed to wait outside until he finished their coffee. Absurd, rude, pretentious service.
