Our first server was very polite and advised he needed to leave for a special event. No problem at all! We wished him well. The next server seemed extremely nervous and didn’t listen very well. I feel like she avoided or forgot about our table. We had to ask for things multiple times or stop other servers to get water for the table. My parents ordered the Mac and cheese and didn’t eat it. Also the soup and salad and the salad was great the asparagus soup, no one liked. My partner ordered 1/2 pizza and salad and that was fine, left hungry though and I ordered a shareable platter for my lunch and mine was delicious and the portion was great!

Great experience as always. Food was great and service was fast, reliable and authentic. If you love wood cooked pizza, this is a definite must.

My second visit to Bardo Locke, and I just love this place. Crisp, modern room has an upbeat but relaxed vibe. Our server was wonderful - friendly, attentive and professional. The food is great. I had one of the luncheon specials - a tasty bean soup and half a pepperoni pizza. Loved both. And our bill for three people, including tip, was around $90. More than fair for this quality of a lunch.

The noise level was TOO LOUD. Our group could not hear each other or the server without having to repeat ourselves. Maybe better sound proofing would be of consideration. The food was SPECTACULAR! Coming back for more as this is now our place!

This was my second time going to Bardo this week (once for Fathers Day and then again for a dinner with friends). It is my favourite restaurant in Ontario and the service, quality of food and atmosphere is next to none. I have been to the Hamilton location and Guelph location and love both. The care and presentation in the food is wonderful and the staff is always very personable and lovely.

Great overall ♥️ Advise to eat off hours as dinner hour way too noisy. Had to keep our voice volume on high to hear each other in a party of 4.

It was a great experience, bringing family together to celebrate a graduation. Most restaurants are like this, but it’s hard for older people have hearing impairment to hear when there is music and other people all around. But we had a great time.
