    Great food, excellent staff! Priced moderately, but they have a great happy hour with discounted food, without sacrificing quality! Highly recommend this place.

    Epic fail. Restaurant was busy. We had a reservation. Despite this we waited 30 min to order. After 75 min without our food, I approached the manager, Eric, as we had theatre's tickets and needed to leave in 15 min. Food appeared a few minutes later. Had to rush to eat as fast as possible. Waitress apologized but manager never re engaged. No real service recovery. We have never had an experience at this restaurant as horrible as this. Really embarrassing as we were hosting my sister and brother in law. Very, very disappointing Recommend turning around if it's busy.

    Aliyah was awesome. We eat at Chart House every year that we come to Jacksonville. Food is great. Staff is awesome.

    Our party of four had an excellent calamari appetizer, followed by four different entrées. We ordered from the earlybird menu for some items and the regular menu for others. Everything was excellent including the deserts from the earlybird menu. Our service was also excellent, and the recommendations of the server were spot on. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Chart House is now back on top as it used to be years ago. A change in management and perhaps corporate policy and a new chef made all the difference. Our meal was very enjoyable and we will return again and again.

    Went for a special occasion and the service was good, no complaints. Unfortunately I had to send my filet back two times because it was ordered med rare and came back almost med well both times. Usually have a very enjoyable experience here but this was not the norm.

    Been eating at different locations of Charthouse for over 30 years. We have always loved the romantic date night setting and the attention we receive from our servers. Food is always phenomenal and can't ever end the evening without the molten chocolate lava cake
