Palace is located one block from the plaza and one block from the Lensic Theater, set on a landmark site with nearly two centuries of Santa Fe lore — once home to the legendary Doña Tules saloon on the Old Santa Fe Trail. Executive Chef Jessica Brewer invigorates this longtime Santa Fe retreat with a classic and inventive dining experience, with dishes inspired by her career in some of Santa Fe's most notable kitchens. Sommelier Daniel Gonzales curates a wine program to match, pairing each course with thoughtful, well-traveled selections. Sourcing ingredients from local farms and ranches, fresh seafood from the coasts and beyond, blending the familiar with the unexpected, arriving always at the memorable. Our tree-covered back patio is open during the warmer months when the weather permits.

I really don’t believe in writing bad reviews, but I have been a customer at the Palace for years and years, through many iterations. My experience over the last several years has generally been very good, but really not so much this time. Hopefully it was just an off night. the cocktails were very good, however, the food and the service were definitely substandard.

Terrible experience. I was there with a large party and the restaurant was completely understaffed for the night. Waited 45 minutes to place an order and another hour to get served. Poor service due to understaffing and food quality was poor. I will never eat there again and will not recommend it to anyone. What a disappointment.

My husband and I sat at the Patio Bar last evening before a concert at the Lensic. Alicia took wonderful care of us, and we loved our Little Gem salad, crab cakes with fries, and my husband's chicken entree. The wine list is lovely, and although we had to leave on time to walk a couple of blocks, we enjoyed the DJ for a few minutes. We were welcomed and cared for by every staff member we encountered from beginning to end. One of our favorite Santa Fe restaurants, and we are locals.

We order the happy meal, lamb tagliatelle, and steak Dianne. Everything was cooked well and came out delicious. Their fries are some of the best I’ve had. Thin with just the right crispness.

When I made a reservation, I didn’t realize there would be live music in the main dining room. So we changed our seating to the lounge. On a busy night this was not a good idea because there was only one wait person in the whole lounge and every seat was occupied. It took 15 minutes to get a drink order in and 30 minutes to get an appetizer. The food was excellent as always.
