   Food was great a little bit too much. No need for service charge for two people My friend fell on the way out didn't realise there was a step down nobody came to see how she was Although a customer helped me up with her

   Great food, we had 3 course Sunday Roast, all delish! Service not great, waited ages for our drinks, asked for water too, someone put bottle on table… no glasses, had to ask for them, weren’t offered any accompaniments, had to ask for horseradish. Our table was ‘under the stairs’ a bit dark and small. All in all, great food but that’s about it!

   Really great place. Thought I’d try the Sunday lunch and was not disappointed. Had the beef it was very tasty. Service perfect as always.

   As my husband has hearing difficulties it was nice to be in a restaurant where he could join in the conversation without too much background noise. Service was excellent. First time there and we will be back x

   We had a wonderful experience at Bistro Franc. The staff were fantastic and the food/wine were delicious. Went for Prix Fixed which was all super tasty and really good value. Highly recommend it!!!

   We both ordered the lamb and small seasonal veg, the lamb was tough and the red cabbage in the had large pieces as if not cut up. We were given free desserts as we complained about the toughness of the lamb. If we ever visit Bistro Franc’s again we will definitely not be ordering the lamb dish.

   The restaurant was quite quiet which was actually a bonus. Good meals for our little people, portions of spaghetti for them. Our fixed price meals were good. Staff friendly and attentive too. The baby change unit in disable loo needs replacing badly please 🙏
