    I have never been to a restaurant and heard audio books played in the washroom before. Harry Potter was kind of sweet to listen to briefly, cool idea!

    We had an excellent server who was very friendly and helpful. The host was very friendly and welcoming as well. A great, upbeat place to eat with delicious pizzas!

    The pizza, as always, was great. I had the feature pizza with squash and it was a lovely fall touch on a late summer day. The service was friendly and responsive, moving us to a different table when I asked. My only problem was the noise level which made conversation with my two friends hard work.

    The food is always very good at Una which keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, the service was mediocre at best and we were never checked on. The restaurant also had a 20% auto gratuity for a part of 6, which we felt like was extreme. In all my years of dining at restaurants, the auto grat is usually 18% for groups of 8 or more, never 20% for a group of 6. Given that the service was mediocre, our group felt more frustrated with the auto gratuity. It was also never announced to us on our OpenTable reservation or by the server when we walked in. I will still be coming back for their food for sure - which is very good! But probably another location or do take out.

    Excellent food and efficient, if not overly friendly, service. It was a busy Friday night and we were seated right at the door, which was not ideal but not terrible either. Staff dealt with a peaky wasp quickly, humanely, and with good humor. I'll return here happily.
