WE CAME TO KC FROM NYC TO HEAR A CERTAIN BANK AT JONNIES IT WAS CONFIRMED WHEN WE GOT THERE NO ONE WAS THERE AND WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS JUST A DJ WE LEFT BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Seemed to be promoted as a venue with live music but didn't have that. Good was fine but the charcuterie board was served on a plastic plate and looked like they had just bought it at the grocery store.

Johnny’s jazz bar and grill is more of a bar than a grill. And as a bar, Johnny’s is great. Plenty of comfortable seats. Plenty of room at the bar. Prices that won’t break the bank. And a great entertainment venue. If you happen to like the band, you will love Johnny’s. The food is fine, if nothing special. Typical bar food. Burgers and dogs. Pizza and appetizers. It may not challenge your pallet, but it will fill you up. So find a band you like and go experience Johnny’s. If you are going for the music, you will be really glad you went.

They should add more to menu, or improve on the things currently being offered. As it stands it's burgers, and miscellaneous fried items, pizza was lame. Music and drinks were 👍 good. Location is great... Parking was accessible. Just that the food needs to improve.

The music was spot-on, and so was the band and the solo artist. As a 1st time visitor from NC, we did enjoy the entertainment. A few things to improve; The menu and the wait time for service; there's just one guy who was ripping and running the entire time but he did a good job. We'll probably come back again if we should ever visit KC again.

We went to Jonnie's and loved the experience. We sat up close to the stage on one of the side couches. It was perfect for seeing the performance and also not right next to a speaker which was nice. The atmosphere was great. I had never been so walking into the movie theater lobby, I was curious how they'd make the ambiance work. To end the night, we grabbed some popcorn from the theater and walked to our hotel. This is the perfect spot to end a great KC night!

Drink service slow. Bartenders more focused on flirting with each other than taking care of bar. Dirty glasses all over bar. Food comes out on plastic plates. Most of the table didnt finish food due to quality. Amber was great and had happy birthday song sang by band which was very nice.
