Find the secret entrance to the stairway behind the red velvet curtains that lead up to the mezzanine. The seats spread throughout the upper floor balcony with a 360 degree view to the astonishing lobby where patrons check in for their experience. Nice decoration the ambiance was nice but the sound was off. The music didn't fit quiet of latin Habana nights. The food was ok . It came quiet late. I felt that I had to eat in a fast manner. In my point of view is overpriced.

This was absolutely not worth the money! For $150 a person I expected a production that was well put together. The performance and music was generic, unoriginal & uncreative. They were really reaching for a Ricky Ricardo show but it just felt extremely watered down and lackluster. Come on guys- if you’re promoting a vintage Latin music show- do better! Most importantly have actually Latin people and research more music. At least the food was good, we had the Peruvian chicken & Ribeye which had good flavor but could have used a side or two. The drinks were not good. The advertisement promoted specialty mezcal cocktails yet there was no mezcal on the menu. Overall very disappointed!!

Took my husband for his birthday and I was looking for something different. This indeed was different, the venue itself is unique and fit the theme. I read the rules and was told to arrive early so we did like others in line just to wait to be seated 20 mins later. Food was meh, nothing special we had the steak, Colombian ceviche and a salad. Drinks were well made. The show was good but music could've been louder. Overall it was a nice experience but overpriced.

The food was excellent very surprising for a club not a restaurant. Every course was delicious my disappointment was there only three dancers. I thought there would be a variety of dancers also they weren’t Latin and in the Latin show I think it’s more authentic when the actual dancers are Latin.

This place is truly a unique experience! The entire "haunted" and '20s dapper vibes were definitely on point! The escape rooms are so thought out and amazing quality! The food was okay, but the service and ambience made up for it. With that said, the food is far over priced and we also paid a "cover fee" when reserving online, that we found out was not necessary when we got seated in the restaurant without providing any order number or information, so we felt robbed in that aspect. Overall, this place is amazing and so well put together, that we are definitely going to try to make it out there again and fill up our cute customized passport with all the escape rooms!

The overall experience to the Grand Illusion Mystery Dinner Show was good. The decor, ambiance and service was great, but what took away from the dinner and show was the noise level at the bottom entrance into the venue. The dinner and magic show takes place on the second floor while which is an open area between the first floor and second floor. Guest who are coming into the venue for the escape room can wait in the lobby on the first floor and also catch a glimpse of the magic show on the second floor. The noises of people talking while they waiting plus the noise from the street traffic due to the open doors into the venue made the experience lack respect for the people who paid for the Grand Illusion Mystery Dinner Show.

Table arrangements should be improved to better view the show. Sofas are uncomfortable and low making it hard to see the show since the front table for two blocks the view.

Was there for the “death of an illusionist” show and was pretty disappointed. I think we had the understudy’s understudy. He didn’t seem to know the lines or movements. The illusions were way too close to appear convincing at all. Food is nice in that they offer a vegan & regular menu, but neither was very good.

The show was really good but would suggest sharper costumes for the presenting magicians. Better fit & sleeker costume would enhance the feel of the show. My partner & I dined on the vegan option but was highly disappointed as I have made better tasting vegan dishes in comparison. Suggestions on the vegan menu would be: Bean & veggie stir-fry, soy chkn main course, kale/swiss chard salad, vegan carrot cake for desert. For the ttl charge, an acceptable 5course vegan option needs to improve as a comparable choice.
