    Salad bar had old discolored deli meet, no grilled artichokes, no beets and the meets passed around did not have the normal seasoning. Not anywhere worth the $71 base price

    Even make reservation still need to wait for 40min to be seat really bad experience and mess front reception.

    Father’s Day with 6pm reservations. We arrived at 5:55pm and checked in. We Had to wait outside the restaurant on the sidewalk for 45 minutes due to poor planning by the restaurant. The restaurant brought out 1 tray of about 10 drinks for the large crowd twice in 45 minutes. Our party who were standing near the front door never received any. What is the point of reservations? The normally wonderful salad bar was not stocked well and we had to go back to it several times to get the items we wanted. The food was good, the price was high and the management of the evening was poor at best.

    I believe visiting this location on another day would have yielded a better experience, but our Father’s Day visit left a lot to be desired. Reservations were exceedingly overbooked, and the domino effects from there were quite apparent. My family was lucky enough to be seated within 20 minutes of our arrival; however, this was not the case for many others who waited a long time for their reserved tables. In general, staff seemed underprepared, overwhelmed/overworked, and therefore distracted. Though some of the food was familiar and delicious based on visits to other Fogo locations, several meat selections here were overcooked. Our visit on this particular day was not worth the expense. I hope the restaurant is better prepared and sufficiently staffed for their next holiday seating.

    First timer here had really high expectations but they weren’t met. Wouldn’t recommend nobody to this place. It’s to over hyped.

    Had a reservation for 2 pm to celebrate father’s day. Was told would still be a minimum of a 45 minute wait. Horrible experience especially on father’s day.

    Waited over 1 hour to be seated even with a reservation because they were overbooked and the meats were not coming out hot and were over cooked. Not the best experience considering the price we paid.

    Overall a positive experience. As far as food, the buffet (marketplace) had lovely entrees. Being that it was Father’s Day, the restaurant was full (even though my reservation was at 11am), the buffet was not refilled fast enough and I didn’t get to try the caprese dish which Is what I was looking forward to trying. We were seated at one secluded corner of the restaurant which although quieter, seemed to not have the same service as other areas. Had to ask several times for items such as sauces, water and cheese bread. A patron from the table next to us, got up himself off the table to fetch his family water since the staff was nowhere to be found at the time. I feel that gauchos also didn’t get around as much to that area of the restaurant. As far as the meats, the pork chop as well as other pork dishes were very dry. The better cuts such as rib eye and filet mignon, only made it once around while dining. Although enjoyable, I think I will try other restaurants before I return to fogo.
