Rosevale Kitchen + Cocktail Room is a two-story restaurant and cocktail bar located in Civilian Hotel.

On the first floor, Rosevale Kitchen serves elevated American fare alongside a curated wine list. It is open for dinner daily at 5 PM and for Weekend Brunch from 10 AM - 4 PM. Guests of all ages are welcome.

On the second floor, Rosevale Cocktail Room offers a world-class beverage experience and delectable small bites. From table-side mixology to reimagined classics, the Cocktail Room has something for everyone. It is open daily at 5 PM and features live jazz Thursday-Saturday at 9 PM. The Cocktail Room is 21+ and has a Happy Hour from 7 - 9 PM.

Walk-ins are welcome.

Enjoy a delectable, 3-course dinner in the Theater District before a show, after curtain close or any time in between! Offered all evening at Rosevale Kitchen, the Prix-Fixe dining experience includes a $60 dinner menu. If dinner is the main act of the evening, we welcome you to dine at your leisure. If you have a show to catch, let us know and your server will keep the time so you’re on time!

Rosevale Kitchen is open for Brunch weekly on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM. Guests can expect brunch staples like Steak & Eggs, Pancakes and Seasonal Salads; alongside bottomless bubbles, specialty cocktails and build your own table side cocktails. We are happy to accommodate seating in the Secret Garden, our glass-enclosed floral patio, when possible.

We went for Sunday brunch, looking forward to bagels and smoked salmon. Sadly, at 11:30 am they were out of Salmon! However, the dishes we tried were delish and the purple-haired waitress so delightful and efficient, we loved the experience! The manager stopped by our table and told us about the restaurant and all it offers, including jazz evenings and a rooftop bar! My friend lives a block away, and had never been there. He’ll be back and so will I on my next visit to NYC!

Lovely neighborhood gem. Food was terrific. Ordered a salad, popcorn shrimp, burgers and steak tartare. All were done as ordered, Service was immediate and very nice. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Great place to pop in for a bite if you're attending a play or event in the neighborhood. Liked the decor and the ambiance.

Heel leuk restaurant, net uit de drukte. Fijne rustige sfeer en lekker eten. De bediening vlot en aardig. Vooral Jamie! Wat ook leuk was dat ze ons de tip gaven nog even bij de rooftop bar te kijken. Van waar mooi uitzicht!

It’s amazing to see how many rooms they have. Our meals were nicely prepared, an omelet and bagel and lox. Im sure we’ll be back, it’s so convenient to Broadway.

The ambiance is beautiful and the food is was fabulous! They have a wonderful prix fix and yeh manager went around and greeted everyone - I’ll go back!!
