   A place specializing in steak and fries, it wasn't the quality steak one would expect, particularly due to the cost of the meal. It wasn't brought hot to the table and the candle under a silver plate wasn't enough to get it hot or bring it up to medium rare, as requested. Our fault for not saying something at the time but we were trying it the way it was served. The salad was nice and fries were good as was the sauce. However, the 90 minute time limit makes for a rushed experience given the price point. Service was good but the music was loud making it hard to hear the people beside or across from you at the table - I guess so people don't want to stay longer! We were excited to try it but unfortunately we were disappointed.

   It was my fourth time going. The food is always amazing, the quality is the same each time. The staff are very friendly. The dessert is just the cherry on top of a great meal. Will be back again. Thank you

   J's has a set menu ($60) before HST: - Bread and butter - House salad - The steak + (unlimited fries) Some things to note: - We ordered different meats: medium rare - medium - medium well. Honestly speaking, we couldn't tell the difference. - Every 2 people get only 1 sauce which is not enough for both. For any extra sauce, you need to pay extra which is not included in the $60 set menu. -Taste: Salad is amazing. Meat is really good. Fries are incredible. Service: - Waiters and waitresses are very friendly. - Big Disappointment: We felt rushed from start to finish. We had a reservation at 7:30pm, as soon as we sat down they told us we had the table till 9pm max. We didn't really enjoy our experience. We didn't even finish our salads and the steak arrived. Some of us didn't finish our steaks yet and they wanted to remove the steak tray and put the remaining pieces in our plates.

   Honestly the best steak I’ve ever had. They don’t skimp on the endless fries. Our server was amazing and was always around when we needed her. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for here and it’s totally worth it! I wish the actually restaurant had a cuter vibe for the decor but otherwise it’s a great place!

   Seems a little overpriced for the experience. A couple of little things could be done better to really make this place a must-see: warm up the baguette that they serve before the meal, warm up the dinner plates. For the money you're going to drop here, it's those small details that really matter.

   As this restaurant only serves steak and fries, I expected both to be very good. The fries were almost identical to McDonald’s fries, if you enjoy that it might be okay for you. And the steak was cooked correctly but a very poor cut of meat. For the price I would expect high quality meat and fries. 90 min dining time restriction also.

    Everything about this experience was amazing. Great value, the steak was amazing and the unlimited fries were to die for.
