   WOW, what an amazing experience I had celebrating my birthday at Nori. I will never forget how delicious everything was and I can't wait to go back. The staff is wonderful and the ambiance is absolutely perfect. :)

   Excellent vegan sushi. We came twice, first mid week then Friday. Have to say the mid week experience, both food and service, was noticeably better, but both times were excellent. It’s a busy place, even mid week, and food comes fast, I felt rushed. That’s the only negative, everything else is very positive! If we lived here, this would be a weekly special place! Ok - I lied about that being all the negative, my (Japanese) wife complained that the mochi dessert was a disappointment, it was sorbet rather than ice cream, a combination you won’t find in Japan. Mochi is never ice. She rarely eats dessert, only special occasions, so she was sad about that. However, my tempura ice cream was excellent, leaving me screaming for more. It too was noticeably better mid week, both appearance and in the eating. Don’t hesitate, this place is wonderful!

   My family are not vegans and didn’t know this is a vegan only restaurant, thought they just had some vegan options - I selected it based on overall rating and proximity to campus. After some initial adjustments in understanding, we ordered the Chick’n Karaage and Spring Rolls, both were delicious! Spring rolls were my favorite. We ordered the sunflower & Texan rolls and spicy creamy ramen. All were also delicious, but my sushi loving family said they’d prefer real fish sushi. I highly recommend Nori’s, even if you are a meat-lover, to experience how good vegan food can be. Great flavors. Drinks were also good, got the specials. Service was great!

   What an amazing experience!!!! First time vegan sushi eater, and I will be back for sure. It was a quiet lunch and the service was outstanding.

   Like the menu. First time- brussel sprouts were excellent, as for rolls-liked Volcano but not the Texan. The lions main steak was great! Look forward to returning for ramen once it is cold out.

    It was phenomenal as always! My sister and I have been a bunch of times, but took our friends today for their first and it blew their minds. One of them is vegan and the other isn’t, but both raved about it -especially the volcano rolls. Our server, Ruba, was also great; she was patient, attentive and genuinely sweet and kind. It was a wonderful experience overall!
