Couldn’t even get sue to last minute change in dress code. Flew all the way from California and were turned away on a not advertised stipulation. SMH. Very disappointed

They did not honor this reservation and wanted me to pay for a table. I was not told this in advance and was even sent a confirmation that my reservation would be upheld

I would give an overall zero due to restaurant being closed. I had multiple messages from open table reminding me about my reservation. Upon getting there the restaurant was closed. No notification, nothing. It was a far drive for my group. We wasted our time. My brother spent on a parking reservation near by and that money is wasted as well.

Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and the place was closed the day of. Was never notified nor contacted. Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Will not be going back. Went there to celebrate my birthday, Waited for someone to take our order for about 20 minutes after a while we walked up to the server and asked if she can take our order. Then me and my friend went in the bathroom together in one stall after 5 minutes the lady working there started banging on our stall yelling saying that we are taking long and accusing us of not using the bathroom. My friend was trying to fix her faja and we told the lady that and she started yelling and called the security to kick us out. So basically if someone got to use the bathroom make sure you don’t take long because they will kick you out. Also the lady in the bathroom pushed me and I have it on video we where not even in the place for a whole hour when they decided to kick us out and most of us didn’t finish our food they started cleaning the table right away and the waiter said they where getting ready for the next people to come sit at the table. So I think they just did anything to kick us out.

Upon on arriving there,the host attended to us right away, no problem. Told him we had a party of 5 and he was like ok give me a second. Came back and sat us down on a bench, which I thought was like a waiting bench meanwhile they get the table ready. So we sit there for about 10 minutes before anyone even appears . A waitress shows up and says oh I’m so and so and I will be taking care of u, so I tell her ok we’re waiting for a table and she says oh this IS your table. I’m like excuse me….we’re also looking to dine in and we can not eat on a bench as a group of 5. She tells me that there is a table reserved but they have yet to show up and if they don’t then we can have it. Waited another 5 or so minutes and call her over like hey we have a reservation for 5 at a table and we’re here. Says she has to wait……we left. Too sloppy of service in there, seating is horrible for people who want to dine in. It seems more like a party spot which is cool, but say that and DONT introduce a food menu if you can’t provide the proper seating to serve someone food.

God absolutely housed with the fellas here. Mimosas flowing, server was extremely friendly and constantly checked on us. They were shooting some promo for new drinks on their menu so we got try them all for free. Had my knees bucklin by the end of it. Would recommend

had a reservation on open table but host couldn’t find it. We were suppose to have brunch, but told us brunch ended ? Open table shouldn’t have that option if it wasn’t available
