May I recommend the Liberty Wrap. Very happy that they are now open Tuesdays, I am not crazy about the smoothies, but I will try a few more. Love the mayo and ketchup

We loved it so much, we went there two nights in a row! Every dish was so full of flavour, the textures were perfect, the combinations of ingredients were wonderful. Also, I have celiac and there are so many completely safe gluten-free options. The carnivores among our party loved the dishes with meat alternatives. Service was attentive but unobtrusive, which is the best kind, imo :) Beautiful location in the Market. We sat outside the first evening, on the couches, which worked surprisingly well for eating with the low table. Portions are enormous, so also great value for the reasonable prices. Highly recommend, for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, and even carnivores!

Lovely food. So very good. Very slow service. The servers are nice and pleasant but took a long time to be served and acknowledged. We will be back for the amazing healthy food and juices, but the service could use a few tweaks! Thank you, Victoria

For a non-vegetarian, I was underwhelmed by my meal. I had the Fantastic Noodles. Not so fantastic; average, at best. Seasoning was lacking. Now, their cauliflower wings with the Korean flavouring were delicious, but do I need to come to this restaurant to have cauliflower wings? No, many places in Ottawa offer this appetizer. When Pure Kitchen opened, they were the first restaurant that offered a vegetarian/vegan menu in a pretty setting; a bit more upscale. Now, many restaurants offer vegetarian options. I’m glad I went as I was always curious about the restaurant.

I really liked the radical cauliflower wings. The mystical burrito bowl is quite a large portion, I was completely full and didn't even want dessert. However, I tried the lavender latte and it exceeded my expectations! Very unusual and tasty!

Pour mon bachelorette party, mes amies ont voulu me faire plaisir et aller dans un resto végane. Elles ont choisi ce resto qui était à proximité de notre hôtel et nous n'avons pas été déçues! Nous avons pris les patates douces garnies et les choux-fleurs caramélisés en entrée et c'était absolument délicieux! On s'est régalées de nos bols en plat principal également. Le personnel a été très efficace et accueillant. Une adresse à retenir!

I eat meat, my wife doesn't. I took her to Pure Kitchen on one of our mystery dates. The food was delicious both in sight and taste. It makes me want to try out vegetarianism. Bravo.
