Owned and operated by first-generation Vietnamese-Americans, the cuisine is rooted in tradition with a focus on innovation, led by Executive Chef Caroline Hahm. The restaurant's signature dish, Pho Thin Hanoi, is a northern-style pho that captures the essence of Vietnamese flavors. Was ... fine. Not as good as it once was, prices higher than they ought to be for what it is. Wine priced same as fancy restaurants, service a little too college kids just having a good time for what they're charging

It’s more of the adapted version of Vietnamese pho served here. If you’re looking for authentic authentic ones you may turn somewhere else. If you’re here for the experience, maybe a drink or two, then this place is good!

I was really disappointed with the restaurant tonight. They advertised on IG that they were running a crawfish boil special on weeknights only for March. They apparently didn’t have it tonight and the server wasn’t apologetic at all and seemed super aloof. Unsure why they didn’t post on IG that they were out of crawfish. I literally went to Di an Di at 6:15 before my intl flight because I wanted to try it before it went away. I also felt the rice cake omelette tasted different from the last time I got it and wasn’t as good. This is one of my favorite restaurants so I’m disappointed.
