Incredible incredible sashimi. Service was quick and very friendly from everyone. We celebrated our anniversary here and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It is a very intimate space and seating is near others FYI. Standouts were Toro wasabi (an absolute must get) Wagyu Tartare + Uni hand roll, salmon burrata, and the amazing Mentaiko mazemen - the broth less ramen with crab was INCREDIBLE. Everything flavor wise was on point. The spicy tonkotsu was good as well, but we would likely stick to sushi and the mazemen next time. So glad this spot did not disappoint!

Amidst the gated, boarded, and trash-filled streets of the Hollywood area, IKI Ramen sits in a cozy, modern glass box with excellent food and staff. The sushi tasted very fresh and buttery. I would highly recommend.

Iki Ramen is a restaurant for the freshest seafood and top quality ramen and mazeman again and again. I have brought a dozen different friends to them ( especially the Sunset location with easy parking qnd clean modern decor ), and everyone has always given high praise. My personal favs are salmon burrata with yuzu marinated tomatoes, truffle oil and seasalt - unexpected combination that totally works! Also scallop carpaccio, uni or mentaiko mazeman ( brothless ramen) with truffle and a little roasted seaweed ( and extra uni if you feel spendy). Burnt black garlic ramen, and vegan ramen are excellent. As is salmon bluecrab “nigiri” with miso. Fried squid… sashimi or any sort..

We love this place! The seafood is always so fresh and delicious. They have unique flavor profiles. The Bao is always so fluffy and the flavor is out of this world! We got an old fashioned that blew my mind! Got to talking all about white oak shochu and black sugar. So cool! This restaurant sticks with me every time.

Food was delicious. Mostly known for its delicious ramens but also some of the best sushi I have had. We sat outside on patio which was very nice except the patio is in front of the restaurant on Sunset Boulevard . Traffic a bit loud, but still pleasant. The inside is a beautiful minimalist design with light wood and creamy colored interior. The small table lamps are such a clever and beautiful design and you could dim down or turn up the amount of light at your table.

Excellent meal. We were seeing a show in Hollywood so we decided to grab dinner beforehand. The service was friendly. We arrived early in the evening and had reservations. By the time we were wrapping up the place looked nearly full. Our sever answered our questions, made recommendations when we asked and everyone took great care of us. Food was very good. We both got ramen. I had the truffle butter tonkatsu. Since I was having trouble deciding between that and the burnt garlic our server brought a little dish of the burnt garlic sauce I could pour in my ramen to try that flavor. My companion also ordered sushi which was fresh and tasty. Our appetizer was the tuna tartare over crispy rice. It was sooo good. I could have eaten that alone for dinner. We also ordered edamame which was just right. The genmaicha tea was tasty and smelled wonderful. I finished with shio koji ice cream that tasted like salted caramel and had little crispy rice puffs. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and good for people watching since the walls of the place are glass and you have a good view of the sidewalk out front. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

This place is a gem! The food is spectacular, the service is wonderful, and it’s just easy. A high recommend in every category. Favorites last night were spicy tuna on crispy rice (Iki version which is slightly different than others), Iki Roll, Blossom Roll, truffle ramen (split into 2 bowls), scallop sushi, salmon & truffle grab roll, and the ice cream with the crunchy stuff on top. All outstanding!

Absolutely the best ramen I’ve had in LA - the yuzu shio broth is light and savory. Hamachi carpaccio and seaweed salad were both delicious. Service was great attentive and friendly. Space is airy and well designed. This will be our regular place from now on.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant for lunch, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the standout features of the restaurant was its massive windows, which allowed natural light to flood the dining area. This created a beautiful ambiance and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The staff were also friendly and attentive. We had the blossom roll, toro roll, salmon truffle grab handroll, and mentaiko mazemen. Although they all surpassed our expectations, we highly recommend trying the salmon truffle grab handroll and mentaiko mazemen for a truly remarkable flavor experience. We wouldn't hesitate to return for another delightful dining experience!

Don’t be deceived by “ramen” in the business name! The ramen is delicious but there’s so much more to enjoy! Love the takoyaki, soft shell crab bao, all signature sashimi plates, mentaiko mazemen! Scallops sashimi, salmon burrata, uni mazemen, anything on special ( today perch sushi), yuzu ramen….all the best! Even NYkr foodie friend said best ramen house ever. Just beautiful food freshest possible in nice minimal environment with warm attentive service ALWAYS!

We’re longtime lovers of the K-town location so we decided to pop over to the new Sunset spot and give it a go. It was just as fantastic as the original. We were digging the stylish new buildout too. High ceilings and great lighting and delicious ramen matched with good people watching made it another fun, fulfilling dinner with the IKI Ramen family.
