Our focus is attracting guest who value quality and the Italian experience over price and quantity. We have a 7 table very intimate dining room with a bar and a private dining room for special events. We are the perfect restaurant to celebrate your special dates with your loved ones.

Chef Ali is from Lake Como, Italy and cooks unique authentic Italian food, makes small batch, super premium Limoncello & Orangecello Liquor, gourmet jarred Italian sauces for you to take home. Chef Ali imports his ingredients directly from Italy. Chef Ali's family owns a hotel and three restaurants in Lake Como, Italy where he brings you authentic recipes for you to enjoy.

Made a reservation day of. Restaurant was small but the service was amazing. The wine was great and paired very well with the pasta. You could tell the food was made fresh, it was some of the best me and my group has ever had. Everything we ordered was well worth the price you pay and we had tons of leftovers as well. Very big portions for everything you order. Delicious!

We chose Villa Di Como for our anniversary dinner based on ratings. We were the only ones there at 6:30 and ate at the bar. The food was very good, especially the burrata appetizer and the chicken and eggplant in pesto cream. The only negatives were the prices which is probably why we had the place to ourselves. $39 and $41 for pasta dishes is high for Albany. Bread was more than $10. Prosecco was $16 a glass and desserts $13. The cannolis were delicious but small. We hope the restaurant lasts since the food was better than most but it ended up a $200 night which we were not expecting. (The menu I saw had no prices.) 3 other diners arrived as we were ready to leave but we took the loneliness of an empty restaurant home with our lighter wallets.

Always a great meal. This was the fifth or sixth time I've been to the restaurant. I've eaten here with friends, with family and brought clients to the restaurant. The service is always friendly, professional and attentive. The food is exceptional.

The food is exceptional and the sauce was perfect so I bought 4 jars. The wait staff was really nice and attentive. The broccoli rabe was the best I’ve had. It was an excellent experience!

We experienced the tasting menu . The selection and quality was excellent. Portions were large , tasty and well presented . They have a large selection of quality wines . Two of our party had the carbonara ... outstanding ! Best Italian food is the greater capital region . The staff was attentive , knowledgeable and friendly. This is the best kept secret in Albany .

Our first visit and we were very impressed with the food, service and waitstaff. It is not inexpensive for Italian food, but we knew that going in. Sometimes you get what you pay for! Villa didn't disappoint, so we will be back. BTW, their pasta is imported from Italy. My "US wheat" sensitive gut did just fine with the Carbonara. It's not the gluten, as many are finding out. Happy to find this excellent pasta watering hole where I can eat!
