In addition to that we were presented with so many confusing options for seating upon arrival. It was not a good dining experience.

                                                                                                    The Omakase 8 modern style is absolutely out of this world delicious and for the price it’s a great deal. The Hokkaido sea urchin are the best. The apps are great like crispy rice salmon and tuna as well as the fried calamari. The cocktail are brilliant too.

                                                                                                    Sushi Goda was great! I made a last minute reservation and we were very happy with our meal. Service was good and the sushi platter options were great if you’re interested in trying multiple items. They even have a vegetarian sushi platter which my friend got - it was full of fun vegetarian options that don’t feel like a downgrade from the real deal at all!

                                                                                                    Absolutely fantastic - omakase special was so good, and I’m a sushi snob. Beautiful space, great service, etc. Only one issue - when you select the tip amount, the %$ amount shown is a tip on the total bill (bill + tax). That has to be fixed. Tips should never be on the tax. It’s sneaky and unprofessional. But. I will certainly be back and manually input the tip amount!

                                                                                                    Several things in the decor didn’t mesh. You enter through a lit tunnel evoking Tron to a non-futuristic restaurant, that would have been nice if it weren’t for the giant TVs hung everywhere. When I asked for MY check, the bartender presented me the check for my entire group. Despite asking my friends if they wanted more alcohol, he never bothered to refill or even ask to refill my sprite. The sushi was mid. The Nigiri was ok, and the makis were on the small side with a distinct fishy smell. The serving of miso soup also seemed small.
