The whole experience was great. The hostess was so sweet and had our table was ready promptly. Our server, Duygu was so good. I haven’t had service that good in forever. We were here for my best friends bachelorette and our server made sure we always had what we needed/wanted. The drinks always came out super fast and the food only took like 10 minutes to arrive. We started the night at the table then moved to the karaoke pod afterwards. It was such a cute and fun experience. Even tho the pods were pretty far from our servers section she still made sure she was constantly checking on us and getting us what we needed. Overall it was such a good experience and I’m so thankful my bestie had the best bachelorette. Thank you Duygu you’re the best!

Really good vibes.. drinks could be a bit stronger or more value but over all the ambience and staff made up for it

Booked this place weeks in advance for 10 guests, and when we arrived, we were seated at a 8 top booth and the staff refused to reseat us on a proper 10 top. It took over 30 minutes for the staff to move things around to squeeze in a chair that we had to climb over to get into the booth and rotating the tables to fit us because they were a table short. This started the experience at a very low point for our group. Pros: Ambience was excellent, the music was great, Kevia (our server) was the saving grace for our entire experience! Shoutout to Nafees for helping us out when the other staff couldn't help us with the seating issue. The food and drinks were very good! Cons: Check-In host was rather unwelcoming, Staff seemed too busy to care about the customer experience, Seating issue with our table, and Hookah was very subpar. It took 40 minutes before someone came to fix the hookah, and ultimately Nafees replaced it for us and we finally got a mediocre hookah 1 hr after originally ordering. Overall - Saaya is a great concept for the Dallas market, and I recommend this place for celebrations and a great vibe in group settings. Upscale and classy clientele make for a great time. They have some areas to improve on, but I can see myself booking more events at Saaya in the future with the caveat that we're seated correctly per our reservation.

The service was great. Waitress was nice and happy. The food was ok, kind of bland. Not much seasoning. But food didn't feel heavy after eating it so that's a plus.

I booked a section a week before my appointment date then specified my table number and when i got to the location , i was told there is bo guarantee of a section even after booking and that the section i had booked is reserved for a private party. Then i requested for the manager and he gave me a hidden section for me and my guests which we sat just and was there till 10:45 pm and by the time we were leaving Saaya, the original section i booked was empty with no one sitting on it. So basically no one sat on the section from 7:30 pm when we arrived to 10:45 when we left.This is not the first time i have encountered such a behavior at this location. If booking the sections on this app is no guarantee then when keep the booking open? I think the management needs to do better on how guests are treated.

Not satisfied with service .. The hostess ( and there were 4 hostesses standing at entrance ) felt like clarifying to us that the reservation was just for 2 hours but we sat and nobody came to attend us for 20min, nobody brought us water or even acknowledged we were there until I had to go to the hostess station and let them know and they actually gave me a look … it was a little irritating .. other than that everything was pretty good

I really enjoyed the decor and ambiance, but the food need work! Very bland and inconsistent flavors. The drinks were enjoyable but very mild.

First of all Absolutely NOT for Families and this should be designated and promoted as a Club/Bar and not as a Restaurant. This is just a Meat Shop for singles. We made a mistake by only seeing the rating and not reading the reviews before reserving the table. Once, we got there and stepped inside the restaurant.....right away we knew this is not a place for families. Since, we were already there and had also paid for Valet, we decided to ordered the food to go.....and this was our 2nd mistake. :( We ordered Shawarma Platter, Kebab Platter, Hummus, and Sumac Fries after confirming that these platters are good for 2 to 3 ppl. But only after we got to our hotel and opened the containers, we realized that it was just a pure rip-off as the food was barely enough for 1 person. Other than the Sumac Fries, everything else was just OK.....plus Hummus was a bit watery and not good at all. We had to then order more food from the hotel to quench our hunger. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone with a family.
