STIR is the perfect restaurant to sip a craft cocktail over a dozen oysters, enjoy a night out, or meet for lunch. Located in the heart of Old City, the restaurant is an open-air concept with a large, heated outdoor patio. We are open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Great food starts with fresh, local ingredients. Our kitchen prepares everything from scratch, and our signature raw bar is stocked with fresh oysters and seasonal seafood. STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. The result: categorically elevated cocktails. Our passion for fine spirits also compels us to find and share rare bottles, many of which are extremely difficult to procure. We welcome Knoxville to enjoy our unmatched cocktails, fresh seafood, and classic dishes in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality

We had a wonderful Sunday brunch! The menu had a number of appealing options, and we each chose something different. We started with oysters, which were tasty. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals: chicken & waffles, seafood salad, seafood Benedict, and traditional eggs, sausage & grits breakfast. The cocktails were beautifully made and delicious. Dessert was very good too! Server was friendly and attentive. We will be back!

I tried to purchase a gift card while I was there. Was told I had to order online and the managers were too busy. I left Knoxville and am trying to order online and the site says it will be mailed or picked up. I assumed I could email it or print something to give as a gift. Very disappointing

Went there for brunch and was pleasantly surprised to learn it was a jazz brunch. Food was amazing. Service was awesome. We can’t wait to go back.

We came in earlier that our reservation We sat the bar enjoyed the Jazz, wonderful bar service. When we proceeded, which was not more than 15 minutes had a wonderful dinner and great service with the wonderful waitress there as well. Mckenzie was her name.

Marisa was awesome !!! This was our second visit and we plan to take my wife’s parents here in October. They celebrated their 90th birthdays this year and just celebrated their 68th anniversary. We believe they will love the atmosphere ❤️🥰
