Fabrik is the intersect of fine dining and mom & pop restaurant hosted in an intimate micro restaurant space. We offer a 5 and 7-Course tasting at 6pm, and a 7-Course tasting at 8:30pm Wed-Sun. Fabrik's current menu focuses on Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. With sustainability as a priority in our approach, we source produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We offer an eclectic selection of vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, including an optional wine pairing. Fabrik also offers saké as well as a range of non-alcoholic options.

Join us in our intimate space for a 7-course tasting experience, highlighting local provisions and seasonal produce. Our menu is 100% plant-based, low impact, and sustainability-focused. This menu draws upon traditional Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. This tasting is $85 per person with an optional wine pairing for $65.

It's an amazing vegan tasting menu. The price is not out of line for what I'd normally expect a fancy tasting menu to be -- and the taste and quality are off the charts.

The food was amazing. We will definitely be coming back. I look forward to the changing menu. The only thing we thought could be improved was the wine pairings they didn’t match the food as w thought they should. I wouldn’t do the pairing again.

Delicious food! Attention to detail spot on. Everything was unbelievably fresh. We don't live in Austin but if we return we'll be there for sure.

We went to celebrate my son and his girlfriend’s engagement. They are both vegan and we wanted a special place. I discovered Fabrik and made a reservation. We had to wait a month and a half, but totally worth it. A great experience for the non-vegan’s that attended. And the two vegan’s absolutely loved it. Amazing food, amazing service, easy parking! All around an excellent evening!

They served up Michelin one star quality as a Vegan Restaurant! Small, more intimate atmosphere. Wanted a healthier dining experience; having been road weary. Yes, the wine list is limited; but still had some good selections BTG that paired nicely with the 7 courses. Bottom line; very delicous and tasty Vegan Food that will break your stereotype of plant only based food being boring.
