Had a reservation at 9:30 , wasn’t seated til 10pm . Food took forever to come out , sat for about 20 minutes before my drink and food orders were taken

Went here to celebrate my birthday. Was provided with top service. Our server Denton was amazing. They even placed a birthday card on our table. I will definitely visit again.

The cowboy ribeye is one of the best in Dallas! We also loved the Brussels sprouts, handmade onion rings, and warm potato salad. Our server, Jade, made the birthday dinner one to remember. We appreciated her knowledge of the menu and taking the best care of us!

Disappointing for a Michelin recognized steak house. Great atmosphere, people nice but food was average and service was slightly below for a high end steak house. Had to pour our own wine. Steak came out way before the sides were ready. Not terrible but it was my birthday and wanted a nice experience. A lot better steaks in Dallas.

I chose Stillwell’s because they advertised a tasting menu. When we got to the restaurant, we were told,”Sorry, it’s not available.” It was online on the menu AND on their printed menu. The service was great, but the food was not. The Oscar style topping had to be sent back because it smelled bad, the octopus was overcooked. The steak tasted good but was strangely tough to cut through. When we got to dessert, we chose only to be told, “Sorry, we just sold the last one.” We had a 615 reservation! Overall $500 for this meal was not worth it.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. From the valet to enjoying cocktails at the downstairs bar before our reservation, every detail felt seamless and welcoming. Once seated, we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jade, who truly became the highlight of our evening. Her recommendations were impeccable, and her warm, attentive service made the experience even more memorable. We enjoyed the beef dumplings, the 12 oz. filet mignon, and the Brussels sprouts—everything was absolutely delicious. The cocktails were equally impressive and beautifully crafted. Thank you, Jade, for making our evening so special. Your wonderful service alone is reason enough for us to return. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Service and drinks were incredible. They still have some ways to go with the food. Appetizers were fine - 20 oz. Cowboy had to sent back due to being over cooked. Were not able to get it right the 2nd time either. Will say the creamed corn as a side was commendable.

Such a beautiful restaurant! We loved the atmosphere and the overall vibe. The staff was so friendly and easygoing. Everything we tried was delicious, but the beef dumplings were definitely a favorite — an absolute must!

Possibly just a bad night, but it was really bad. We were seated at a tiny table that could barely fit two adults. It was also a very wobbly table, I expect better from a high end steakhouse. The service was lacking - server barely visited our table, I hardly even saw him in the room we were in, so it was impossible to flag him down. We both ordered a dry aged ribeye, cooked medium, both steaks lacked salt which is wild for something that is supposedly dry aged. My husband's ribeye was completely rare in the middle, but by the time the server came to our table it was too late. Seems like a real miss when each steak was over $100. I was so excited about the giant loaded baked potato, but that was also undercooked, not soft at all, not warm, and not well salted. The broccolini was fine. The martinis were good. We were prepared and knew we were spending a lot of money for a fancy night out on the town while we were in Dallas for a wedding. But paying this much money for such a lackluster experience is embarrassing.
