Oz Kafe is in the ByWard Market, Clarendon Courtyards, in Ottawa, Ontario. Situated in a beautiful stone and mortar historical building our restaurant provides the perfect ambiance. Our menu is European-inspired, locally sourced, and veg forward.

We are open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Accepting reservations for À La Carte dinner reservations as well as group and special event bookings. For more details on larger bookings and events please call or email through our website.

Service was one of the best we had...ever! Food was very good. If you're not from Ottawa and don't know th By Market, this place can be kinda hard to find but it's worth it.

Food was fabulous. Staff (Kevin) was incredibly knowledgeable and really enhanced our experience. Would highly recommend visiting Oz Cafe when it Ottawa.

Food is good, but portions seem to be getting smaller everytime I go. Also the server we had that night was unattentive and only wanted to chat with friends.

Some pals and I went for the 50% off Charcuterie night that they do on Sundays and we loved our experience. Such a great deal for what you are getting! Delicious cheeses fun house-made pickles and condiments in a gorgeous courtyard in the market. It is the hidden little gem of Ottawa for sure. Our waiter was hilarious and made the experience that much better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Grey Owl hadn't rested long enough to develop a soft texture & rind . Bread crisps & pickled condiments were tasty. Good quality beef. I ordered 'pink' yet a few pcs were red on edges. I could have requested a fix but chose to save it for home reheat . Seasoned butter veggies were perfect . Well paced knowledgeable service . Quaint quieter patio area .
