This was our first visit to Rock Creek in Kirkland, after many great experiences in Seattle. The service was excellent; knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. The food execution did not match our experiences in Seattle, heavier, thicker, not as bright, clean and crisp. What really marred the experience though was where we e were seated. It felt like you were sitting in the hallway. There was no charm to the area, no view, it was the path to the bathroom and service areas and it was incredibly, unpleasantly loud. It is such a bad part of the restaurant that they should rip the tables out. It was definitely not an experience you want to have at this price point.

Oysters so fresh and tasty and rockfish and shellfish stew best I’ve ever had, amazing dish. Everyone raved about the food

We love rockCreek in Fremont and it’s great to have this location on the east side. Yes the seafood is awesome but try all the veggie sides - smashed potatoes, cucumbers, broccoli and cauliflower. All well done!

Excellent location serving great seafood dishes. Menu has good mix of starters, small plates and dinner servings Table service felt a little lacking but very friendly. Maybe the staff is still working thru the kinks being open only a short while. Pretty loud indoors.

There were 4 in our party. Everyone’s dish was amazing. We had the calamari appetizer that was unique and outstanding. Noise level a bit high and no blinds at windows to block sun. Minor inconveniences. Don’t understand the reviews complaining about the food, portions, price and lack of good service. All were too notch. Recommend anyone considering this restaurant ..GO. H….our server was excellent. From a resident of Rock Creek, Montana😉

Cocktails and Food- delicious. Beautiful interior. Outdoor seating is a nice addition. The bar is cool. Service? Mediocre. Our server was nice, but not attentive. Took a long time to flag him down and put in an order. It’s small things when spending this much at a restaurant- for example: I declined a second cocktail and said I would like to have a glass of wine with dinner. 3/4 of the way through my entrée, I had to flag our server down to get the wine list and order a glass of wine, which came out as I was finishing my food. One of the dishes we ordered was never fired to the kitchen. No apology when we asked for it. So, it was a delicious night out, but one that left a bit to be desired.

Pretentious menu, slow service, plain atmosphere - overall not a good value for the money. Have to give it to the owners- they invested a lot into making the place nice and functional.
