Luchini is an Italian American restaurant reminiscent of classic red sauce joints in the key of Tao Group, known for their scene-making restaurant and nightlife venues worldwide.

Luchini’s combo of restaurant, slice shop, and cocktail haunt experience brims with nostalgic charm and suave energy.

Chef Ralph Scamardella’s menu reads like a list of nominees for the Red Sauce Hall of Fame featuring Alla Vodka, Manicotti, Parmigiana three different ways and Spumoni in the dining room, and New York-style pizza-by-the-slice from the adjacent shop counter.

Inspiration is drawn directly from the tri-state’s familiar no-frills pizza parlors with counter service up front, and an expanded menu of Italian-American comfort food in the back dining room. Luchini also houses a cinematically inspired cocktail lounge accessible through a disguised door in the slice shop that feels like slipping into a Coupe DeVille, stay a while!

The appetizer of three lightly fried items including shrimp and calamari was great. Menu was limited. Beef short ribs were delicious. Jumbo shrimp dish was very dry. All in all, ok but not outstanding.

We made reservations even though told they were not needed. Those with reservations were taken first then the ones without. We were seated at a very small table while others without reservations received better seating. Everything is a la carte. Bread was not served. We ordered chicken parmigiana and pasta, both of which came separately. The chicken was tough and we told the server who had no comment. Wanted to try the glazed roasted potatoes and they were very good. The table was too small to accommodate all the plates and our server had not come by again. We had the gelato which turned out was vanilla empty in the middle with some pistachio nuts on the bottom. The chocolate cake was good. This was our last night there and we were not happy with the service or food, especially at the very high prices charged. Would not recommend.

All food, while not bad.. was lukewarm. Ordered coffee and 2 beers. Coffee and dinner was served Before beer.

We were pleasantly surprised with our experience as we had not been there before. We had the seafood pasta for two it was excellent. The portion was huge , lots of seafood and great flavor. We will definitely come back !

Bottom line, unfortunately the food was simply terrible. We had a watered down, flavorless, Caesar salad with lettuce that was all center and yellow. The chicken parm was salty, dull, and uneventful. The pasts was so mediocre, I forgot what we ordered. We had ice cream for dessert that was iced milk and sloppy. I’ll leave it at this..go,to Olive Garden. It is cheaper and the food is better.

Service was great and food was impeccable. Try the Spadini bread - you will not be dissapointed. And even if you are full- you need to order the 10 layer cake for desert. I guarantee you will find room to savor this unbelievable treat.

Prices are too high for the quality of food received. The food was good but compared to other Vegas restaurants, this price point was too high.

calamari was delish salad was amazing shot rib dish was super rich could not eat much of that service was great our guy was very attentive and checked on us often would probably come back just maybe try something else
