The experience totally changed, it went from classy to ratchet. There were people dressed like hockers, and they couldn’t even get the orders right for the women trying to be in the men that came along with face. The service was horrible, she totally forgot what I wanted due to her being in my man face. It felt like I was at hooters but worse.

We went on a week day after the Memorial Day weekend so it wasn't crowded. Parking on the street you have to pay. Food was delicious! The waitress was so sweet and attentive. I only wish the oxtails were a little more tender. The flavor was phenomenal and reminded me of home!

The service was poor i literally came at 6:25 and i left at 7:30 and i didn't get anything not a cocktail or my hookah ! It literally took them forever for what reason i don't know cause no one was there.

Visiting from Texas. Service was extremely slow to the point I had to go and ask for silverware to use along with crackers to have along with gumbo. One in our party didn't get his salmon until everyone had finished eating. He was told the salmon had been ordered for wrong table. 3 people in our party finally received cocktails when we requested the bill. When bill arrived, there were charges not disclosed on the menu of a mandatory 15% gratuity. There was a club on the bottom floor as the music from the bottom was so loud it conflicted with the music where we dined. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED

It was my birthday! I danced right at my booth it was large enough!! They also have a dj upstairs and downstairs! It was the bomb!!

Our first visit to Da Vinchi's Restaurant on Main Street left us with mixed feelings. We chose a quieter time, aiming to avoid the younger crowd and day party scene, only to find ourselves amidst a limited menu due to a "day party'. This was disappointing as we had hoped to experience the full menu as critics. The transition from the dining atmosphere to a "day party" was a bit confusing, but our waitress, T, stood out with her warm and attentive service. Unfortunately, our experience at the bar was less than satisfactory. The drinks were overly sweet and sour, and despite being sent back, the quality didn't improve. The pricing seemed unjustified for what we received. The ambiance of the establishment felt chaotic, with servers changing outfits and engaging in activities more akin to street-side allure than a refined dining experience. The highlight of the evening was the hookah, even at a steep price. The food, while not exceptional, had its moments. The char-grilled oysters stood out for their deliciousness, but the fried oysters fell short, being somewhat stale and undercooked. Overall, Da Vinchi's Restaurant seems geared towards a younger crowd, often hosting parties that may not align with everyone's preferences. The pricing, coupled with the lackluster quality of drinks and ambiance, left us feeling underwhelmed. Despite our server's efforts, the overall experience did not justify the high cost, especially considering the aftermath of the drinks. While our server deserved her tip, the inclusion of an 18% gratuity without prior notice was unexpected. We're unlikely to revisit unless we're assured of a different experience, perhaps during off-peak hours. Our visit may have been just an off night, but based on our experience, we can not highly recommend it.

Tried to order food but they were outa lot of things. Drinks were in small cups full of ice. 2 small drinks definitely not worth the $38 bill. I feel this place was overpriced for what you get.

The atmosphere was nice. Our server was not the friendliest and she did not check on our table often. Several times we had to actually flag her down (they were not busy). There was also some dishonesty from her regarding the automatic service charge added to the bill. Since the checks are presented on a handheld device that the server is holding and scrolling up for you, it’s hard to clearly see all the charges. When we asked if there was automatic gratuity she was unsure initially, so I, being the first to pay, inadvertently ended up tipping her twice. She definitely did not provide service that equated to a $20 tip, nor did my purchase amount warrant that. But that was my fault for not insisting that she scroll all the way down slowly for me to see the bottom of the electronic receipt, so I’ll take that loss. The food was great, but the food alone wouldn’t be enough for me to return to this establishment. The experience overall was super disappointing. I should have heeded the reviews and chosen another restaurant to dine. At one point, there was also a dog roaming loose in the restaurant. Not cool.
