Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

The day my boyfriend and I went it was pouring rain. The person that greeted us at the door noticed we were wet and grabbed us towels from the back to dry off without us asking. The food was insane. Fresh and beyond delicious. Best handrolls ever! Tyson who was our server was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. Overall we had such a great time.

Service was good and attentive. Felt like I was being talked over at times, but eventually worked out. The sushi was good, but not sure it separated its self from some of the other sushi restaurants in the area. The decoration was nice, but as the evening progressed and the lights were dimmed, the led lights from the bar were overbearing. I felt like I couldn’t look in that direction at all while eating. Over all a good food and experience, not sure it was worth the money, but may try again in the future.

Very different experience compared to most sushi restaurants. The waitress explained everything well, so it helped ease me. The food was fantastic but not a lot for how expensive it was. 1 small hand roll is $15. No hot sushi, but 1 of their cold ones tasted the same but cold. We unfortunately won't be back as it's too far from our home, especially for that price.

What amazing service! Went tonight for my birthday all safe was so lovely with such great smiles and beautiful faces. Truly such an enjoyable experience for my boyfriend and I. The hand rolls are all so amazing my favorite being the Unagri and King Salmon. This truly is are fantasy date night that we continue to visit as much as possible!

Really loved this spot. We sat at the hand roll counter and the chef and server were great. We loved the hand rolls. We are big hand roll fans and these didn’t disappoint. Saw a lot of negative reviews about the food and taste here. All I would say is don’t pay attention to the haters and give this spot a try. Great food, atmosphere, and service
