Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. Had a reservation for 8pm for 6. Was there at 750 and checked in. Was not acknowledged one time and was not seated to almost 820. We were celebrating a birthday the serve tried his best claiming he was new and only been there 3 weeks. Kept walking away before we were done with our ordering. Appetizer came out 1 at a time with many minutes in between. I really like the restaurant just needs to get it together a little more

Food was decent. BUT Kitchen was VERY slow. We should’ve been in and out in an hour. Maybe an hour and half at most. We had a 5:30 reservation and did not make it out of there until 7:40. We will not be going back.

Went for my birthday dinner. Waiter takes our drink order. Comes back in 10 minutes says sorry I thought this was my table our real Waiter comes 5 mjns later with drinks. We order 2 apps. 1 comes out we ask about 2 ND one and he said o we screwed up. Order our food. Our salad comes out still no 2nd app. Then our 2nd app comes out. We finsh our apps 15mins later our Waiter comes over asks if we would like desserts. We look at him dumbfounded and tell him we haven't had our meal. He goes into the kitchen someone else brings half of our dinner. I ordered prime rib med rare it come out pretty much mooing on my plate potato's where cold my daughters pizza was cold the manager came over and asked what's the problem we explained it he said what would he loke him to do at that point we left

Great beer. Had to wait for our reserved table. No napkins/utensils. Placed order. Asked for napkins. Appetizer was a pretzel 35 minutes after ordering. No honey mustard included. Ask for napkins again. Entree's arrive 20 minutes later. Ask for silverware again. Got up and went to hostess to ask for both napkins and silverware (again). Finally get something to eat with. Food now cold. Yes, it was busy. But the delays/responses were excessive.

Made a reservation but when we showed up was told you are checked in and it would be 30 mins to an hour wait. What’s the point of making a reservation? Then we were offered a seat at the bar area where she said reservations aren’t required. It was obvious that some of our entrees sat under a heat lamp for some time as one was dried out, another one came with a film over the gravy that was on it, and another one the avocado in the protein bowl turned brown before it was delivered to the table. When we made the reservation said it was for a special occasion and it was not acknowledged. Which is a little disappointing when trying to celebrate a special occasion. With so many new restaurants in the area, can honestly say the food and customer service is not on par for the prices at this place. In the past someone from management would walk around and check in with the tables. No one ever came to our table to check on us. Not sure we would ever go back!

Food is great, but it’s pointless to make a reservation. This is the 2nd reservation I’ve made with this restaurant and each time we still had to wait 30-40 min for a table. I even called before making the 2nd reservation to ensure it was an actual reservation as we had an event to make after dinner. We showed up for our 6:30 reservation and didn’t leave until almost 8:45
