Will did an outstanding job of catering to us and our every request!! He handled our food restrictions (and preferences) while making us feel right at home explaining the dishes so delicately. He treated us with such respect and kindness that really put the food and experience over the top! We are visiting from the states but would easily come back again the next time we’re in town. 12/10 for everything thank you!!

Another great meal at And/ore. We ate upstairs from the picnic and shareable menu. Even better with a group so we could try lots if things. Stand out was the chicken liver pate. Other faves are burnt cabbage abd smoked lamb ribs. Topped off with the delicious ice cream sundae. Staff are always very friendly and attentive but not over bearing and I especially love the Mocktail selection. Great value for a quality experience.

Below Ground: Fantastic service, delicious food and reasonably priced tasting menu wine pairing. Loved the whole thing! Pretty dark/moody and loud but you get used to it and it’s part of the experience.

We did the below ground experience with a 8 course tasting menu. We were escorted to the elevator and brought down to the basement or the cave. I was amazed on the ambiance of the dining area. The decor is very cool and it made it such a good experience just to be in that space. Juan, our server greeted us and made sure we knew he did his homework and read up on the notes. He was attentive throughout the meal and he did an amazing job explaining and describing every dish that came to our table. He is knowledgeable about all the dishes and ingredients, ready to explain every aspect of the dish. The food itself was a 10/10. I was able to taste every element of the dish. The food was portioned very well for a tasting menu. I felt the food was fun and modern. Everything was very balanced and I was left feeling full after hitting every part of my taste buds.

This restaurant is just trying too hard. The food isn't gourmet...taste-wise, it's nothing to write home about. The portion sizes are less than bite-sized. You get a ridiculously small amount of food for the price tag. You WILL be hungry after leaving this place. The menu is small, there should be more items offered since they all come in such small portions. The drinks are overpriced, and took AGES to come to our table. The food took forever as well. The atmosphere is pretty chill, and the whole cave thing is an interesting effect, but still feels like they are trying to make it look like they are top tier when their food & the overall experience is average/mediocre. The servers were OK, a bit frantic though. We sat upstairs to eat, but we went to check out what the cave area looked like. The pricing is also wack. Each sharing plate is priced like a main ($20+), but the number of plates you'd need to buy eat a reasonable amount of food is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place... Especially if you're actually hungry.... The music was too loud, and with a table of 5 people, we were all shouting and could barely hear each other. Overall, I see the vibe they were trying to create, but the value for money here is extremely low.
