So we showed up for our reservation and the place was closed. Very disappointing with 6 people for dinner. not an all not a word and even local close by restaurants were not surprised when we asked. Luckily we had to pivot quick and had to wait a half hour for a standby reservation nearby. Opentable needs to know about changes like this as we never heard a word. If we got a call earlier in the day they were closed. ( no signs just dark) we could have found an alternative. Even if they open again we will NOT GO THERE AND TELL PEOPLE THE SAME

It took at least 45 minutes for our food to come and was not offered a discount for the delay. The tacos and drinks were disappointing and we had to flag someone down to get napkins. Not great, probably wouldn’t return.

If you're a foodie like me, you'll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can't wait to come back again!

I had been meaning to visit Paloma and nothing but a great experience since I first entered. Despite the place being busy the staff were so welcoming and attentive. The birria tacos are by far my favourite. I tried a few other tacos and they were all amazing! Can’t forget the amazing drinks and the delicious churros to end the night, definitely will return.

I visited Paloma with some girlfriends and we have already booked our next girls night there a few weeks from now! The food was outstanding and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for; fun, upbeat but still cozy! The Trio Dip, Baja Taco and Birria were some of my favourites. You also can’t forget to try the Spicy Guava Margarita. Definitely a hidden gem!

Everything was great but no churros . Our reservation was at 7 pm and found it disappointing not to have dessert for a birthday . Overall was really good server was awesome

Disappointed in the menu as 90% of it was unavailable due to switching to a summer menu. This was not conveyed to us until we tried to order, and majority of items were unavailable.

Server took so long to come to us. We ordered a drink, that took 20 mins to come. Then when we got them, we decided to place our other drink orders despite our drinks being full because we knew it would take forever for her to come back. It really wasn’t that busy… drinks were okay but pricey. Service absolutely sucked. Not inclined to come back.

From the moment we walked in we had a very displeasing experience. Our server was rude and unwelcoming. The drinks were disappointing, the food was mediocre and the service was horrible. We will not be returning and would not recommend to a friend.
