   Always Excellent service, and great food. My bill was 32.58, and I gave the server a 20.00 tip. She was great . Her name is Cailynn. PERFECT !! The manager Cory is awesome as well. Never had a problem with anyone there, Everyone ( Managers and servers ), are all great !

   My guest had to send the burger back twice. She was asked how she wanted it cooked .. medium, well, or well done. She asked for medium, which normally is a pink center. Her burger came back rare! We showed our waitress and she agreed it wasn’t medium & took it back to have it prepared properly. Someone from the kitchen brought her another burger and it to was rare with a very red center actually dripping blood when she picked it up! We asked the waitress not to charge us for her burger, she took it back to the kitchen & the person from the kitchen came back and said they would make another & put it in a to go container for her to eat at home later. They did take the burger off our bill. I don’t know if the 3rd one was right or not as I haven’t spoken to her post lunch. At least if it was still rare she could finish cooking it herself at home. My grilled chicken sandwich was eatable and good, so glad I didn’t order the burger!

   I love firebirds I have had some amazing experiences so far since this location open I’m very pleased and I’ll be coming back more the drinks are good the food is amazing! 😍🤌🏾

   Everything is wonderful here. I always want my steak EXTREMELY WELL DONE / Burnt. They cook it perfectly, Every time !

   The environment and experience was nice, however the food was not good at all. I recently had a party of 10 and when all our food arrived it was cold… and i ordered the surf and turf and the waiter didn’t bring my food until 20 minutes after everyone had already ate because the kitchen “lost” my food. Overall, i will not be returning back.

   Excellent service from EVERYONE , all the time ! Servers and managers are always friendly , and treat my wife and I like family. Server got a 35% tip, and if you can't tip AT LEAST 25%, Don't eat at ANY restaurants .

   The greeter wasn’t terribly friendly. Had a reservation, arrived about 5 min early and had to wait 10 min. Server was very sweet and did a good job. Could’ve been a bit more attentive to our drinks but overall she did fine. Food was great! Cooked to perfection, and was very flavorful. My daughter had the three course special with a salad, sirloin, and dessert. It was her birthday and she was quite pleased. I had the salmon entree with steamed veggies and baked potato and it was outstanding.

    Waitress verry nice. Food was not good at all. My Colorado chicken salad had hard pieces of chicken in it. Hamburger was raw when asked for it to be medium. Deviled eggs had no flavor bacon on top not cooked. Water glasses dirty.
