The service was good, although one of the waiters was almost disrespectful with overconfidence. He touched my shoulder and said as if we were friends. The good was cold, seemed to be in the refrigerator ready to be heated quickly and served. Hopefully it will get better watching out the details.

Lovely view and ambience on the balcony--you look down to all the hustle and bustle and can people watch while relaxing and being removed from it all. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Our server Xochilt was amazingly friendly and enthusiastic. The trout and the tetela are delicious as is the Cocoa dessert. Will definitely be back.

Interesting menu with some tasty food. The service was attentive and friendly. The kitchen struggled getting the main entrees out at the same time. Some lagging way behind and others not hot. Would try again though next time I am in Downtown Disney.

We were beyond excited to experience Paseo. We were pretty quickly disappointed with our experience. We had a party of six and we all ordered drinks. Four of us had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks because they did not have enough glassware in the restaurant. We ordered appetizers, the mussels and the queso fundido, and they were both pretty spectacular. On to the entrees, and come to find out they were out of the short rib wrap. Our reservation was for 6pm and the restaurant only opened at 4pm for dinner. I'm not really sure how they ran out of food so quickly. Also, maybe the server could have let us know as we were seated that they were out of certain items? Anyway, second round of drink orders and come to find out they are also out of certain cocktails...so we ended the evening a bit earlier than expected. The food that we had was great. The service was and overall experience was extremely lacking. Definitely did not live up to the expectations.

We had high hopes but honestly, you’d be happier at Taco Bell. It seems like Paseo spent all their money on decor and are cutting corners on food to turn a profit. They were out of several items as well. The guacamole was nothing to write home about (and was not prepared tableside, as advertised); the queso fundido was a watery mess and is served with a giant hunk of crusty bread that you have to rip apart like Hulk. You get exactly THREE corn tortillas with an entree and sadly, those too were dry. The esquites were 100% canned corn and came out in a bowl drowning in water. Our water was never refilled either. This place was so disappointing, we cancelled our upcoming reservation at sister restaurant Centrico as well. You know what’s never disappointing? A chalupa from Taco Bell. Save your money and get a chalupa instead.

The food was tasty. We're a family of four, and we dropped over $300.00. When we ordered our small plate we were brought 3 little pieces of bread and 3 tortillas for the main course and they were cold. When we asked for more, we were told we would have to pay extra. Even Chili's gives as many you want - the cheapest items for restaurants are bread and tortillas. The worst thing a restaurant can do is nickel and dime you and ruin the experience. Needless to say we will not be going go back.

Incredible and interesting food items. Chef is very invetive and execution was amazing. Service was superb, attentive, and never felt rushed as we explored the menu. Well worth the time and we will return.

Paseo did not disappoint. The staff was friendly. Service relaxed, yet attentive, and the food was spectacular. We highly recommend the shrimp ceviche. The flavors filled your mouth with joy! Our entrees were equally as enjoyable. The banana-leaf wrapped mahi mahi was as delicious as delightfully presented and the grilled shrimp w/spaghetti squash was another taste sensation explosion. 5 stars. We look forward to our next visit.

Nothing special. Kind of a modern take on Mexican that simply just misses the mark.
